Perfect tool
Perfect tool for the job! I had a car show to get ready for and noticed some water marking on the hood liner. This steamer removed the watermarks perfectly.

Clean Grout
I bought this to clean the grout in our bathroom....works like a charm...grout looks as good as new with no scrubbing...just steam and wipe it clean.

Wow!
This little machine is a game changer! My stove hood was gross! I had tried various products but nothing got it really clean. This little machine changed all that! In a few really bad spots I did spray on some degreaser and then hit it with steam. My vent hood hasn't been this clean since installation!

Yes. Would buy again! Quality is "really" top notch!
Wife recently purchased this handy steam cleaner. I got the honor of unpacking it and reading the instruction pamphlet.( love to go all thru that before using any product) I am very pleased with the quality of the machine! Didn't think it would be as high of quality as it is. (So much of today's stuff is junk before it's even sold)! This one is GREAT compared to other models out there. Bissell once again , has really done their research and their people made an outstanding machine! Thank you!

Saved me money on first use
Steamed decorative pillows i was taking to dry cleaner. Only suggestion is to add a clamp to hold down trigger for 2 handed jobs. This is a well built tool.

Versatile

Just what I was lookin for
So far I have only used it on the grout of the kitchen floor tiles. AMAZING!. I am looking forward to all the other places around the house I can use this product. However, mine did not come with the extension hose (sad). Also, seems like it will be best used for small jobs that can be done in a few minutes (kitchen floor will take me days), but window sills, toilets, shower walls/doors - can't wait!

Much better than the recalled one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaints I have are; I wish there was a wider scrub brush and the grout brush were narrower to fit where the top of the tub meets the wall. The round part doesn't allow the bristles to make full contact with the grout line. It is a lot better than the old one that got recalled. The lid is easier to get on and you don't have to worry about getting it cross threaded letting it leak.

Major design flaws
This was intended for window and sliding door tracks and upholstered chairs. Unfortunately to keep it going you must hold down the trigger the entire time. This caused severe pain in my thumbs as I had to rotate between using each hand. There should be an off/on switch too.
