This thing SUCKS!
I love this little vacuum. The only issue with it (for me) is I find it tough to push on carpet...HOWEVER, it sucks up dirt so well, I opted to keep it. It works well on flooring which saves me the time and effort of having to sweep. It works extremely well on furniture. I've used it on my sofa, chair, bed, curtains and even my faux tree to get the dust off the leaves. The easy to empty cup is perfect! The company COULD HAVE included a bag for the accessories but I just ordered a camper/RV storage bag to hold the hose/accessories. They fit perfectly!

Great little powerhouse
The unit is convenient to use in our NYC apartment, and it cleans better than an earlier version that we owned for several years. The two small tools are very useful in cleaning our sofa and getting into nooks and crannies.

Small but does the job!!
I was pleasantly surprised of how powerful the Zing vacuum turned out to be. It is lightweight and it could turn over but not enough to call it a problem. Its perfect for an apartment! It’s an automatic cord and the cord is a very decent length. I would definitely recommend it for a 1, 2, 3 clean up.

Bissell Zing Bagless Vac
Great suction, light, easy to move around & obviously inexpensive. The only thing I do not like is the head, very cheap. This vac is good for quick cleanup on hardwood & tile, no carpet.

Powerful but with a design flaw
Powerful vacuum, almost too much on carpets (you need to let air in with the controllable nozzle to avoid pulling everything). The only major flaw in the design is that the tube attached to the canister does not freely rotate. This means that if you make a turn, you may end up squeezing the flexible tube and it is not easy to readjust easily. It can be frustrating because you need to make sure the tube is always coming straight from the canister. The other small issue is that the cable could be a few feet longer. Otherwise, quite happy for the price.

Just ok
Good but award to handle. The floor suction piece is not great. It does the job however it’s too light to handle dog fur, have to go over same area a few times. It’s a little flimsy, the cord is super short. Overall does the job better than cordless vacuums but expected a bit more than a flimsy pipe.

A Great Design Undermined by Using Cheap Materials
The plastic switch that adjusts the height of the carpet cleaning attachment snapped off in my hands within three weeks after I purchased this item. In retrospect, I should have realized that the low price of this unit meant that it would be cheaply constructed...so the fault is mainly my own. Plastic is a fine material to use with stationary products, like portable radios, but anything with moving parts and/or that is in motion much needs to be put together with something more substantial.
