So far so good.
We just set up and seasoned our 22in griddle and it cooked our breakfast like a dream. The food did not stick at all and it was super easy to clean. Can't wait to use this for all our meals!

It has hot spot where the burners are located, so it does need tending to when cooking (moving things around). Never owned a griddle before though so I’m not sure if this is typical across other makes and models.
