Would definitely recommend!
My husband loves this griddle! He uses it almost every day, sometimes twice a day! Sometimes the wind does affect the flame, so we need to figure out a wind guard. But it cooks great, easy to care for, and we look forward to taking it with us on the road.

This product saved our beef Wellington on christmas
Beef Wellington needs to be seared on all sides prior to applying the puff pastry. The grill allowed us to sear all 13 Wellingtons at one time. rather than having to only do 4 at a time in the skillet
