Great but bad label
Love everything but label on the lid is all but impossible to remove even with solvent! Had to scrape it off with goo gone for 30 minutes and caused some scratches.

Perfect griddle
Works 100%. Cooked burgers in about 10 minutes. They didn't shrink and they were so juicy it is unbelievable how well the Blackstone performs.

Would definitely recommend!
My husband loves this griddle! He uses it almost every day, sometimes twice a day! Sometimes the wind does affect the flame, so we need to figure out a wind guard. But it cooks great, easy to care for, and we look forward to taking it with us on the road.
