This griddle has changed my life
I love it! I cook everything I can on this griddle- fried rice, chopped cheese, croque madame... you name it, I'll griddle it. It cooks bacon faster than I can even describe, but doesn't burn it. Amazing. My house never smells like food, now, and cleanup is fast and efficient (once you get through the seasoning stages).

My experience so far
You can cook lots of food quickly. Make sure you have everything prepared ahead.
Ensure you follow the guidelines for seasoning the griddle. This pays off big time during cleaning.
Wish they had a hard cover for the 28. I expect the soft cover I bought to dry rot in a couple of years in the hot sun.
Learn the heat profile of your griddle. My griddle gets hotter on the left hand side with both burners set to the same level. Learn to use this to your advantage.
If you don’t own a Blackstone griddle you are missing out. I got rid of my propane grill a couple weeks after using this product.

Perfect size
The 28 inch Blackstone is the perfect size for a small family or patio. It was easy to put together, only a few pieces. I have used it a couple of times to date and everything works perfectly. I changed out to natural gas from the propane with no problems whatsoever. The instructions were spot on. My only wish is that we had purchases sooner.
