Wonderful
It lives up to the hype! I’m used to cooking in a cast iron skillet and love it, this is like a skillet on steroids. Very intuitive, quick, and forgiving. Steak and home fries for our first meal came out perfect. The Blackstone products are all worth the money too.

We love this griddle as it gives a high end restaurant too experience with food we’ve been charring for years. It makes the food taste so much better being able to keep the natural fluids from vegetables and meat contained and cooked properly with the portion you eat. This thing is great to cook everything including pancakes, eggs and everything else you can think of.
Must have for anyone who enjoys well cooked meals.

Been great so far
Received as a family Christmas gift, and have used it 2x so far - in a very cold winter - but fortunately standing in front of the hot griddle definitely helps :-)

I am very satisfied with my Blackstone. Very sturdy construction, well designed to hold cooking utensils, paper towels, and platters all at the same time. Easy to use step by step instructions on everything from putting the grill together, seasoning the grill, cooking, recipes, cleanup, you name it! Five stars!!
