We love our blackstone! When I got it my wife was never thinking she would cook on it but she loves it and looks forward to when she can get creative with it.

Love my blackstone
My blackstone has changed the way I cook. Since purchasing my blackstone I no longer cook anything on the stove. I now cook everything from steak and burgers to fried rice and corn on the cob out on my flat grill. The presentation and the taste is amazing.

So far we like it
The only problem I have is I turn on the burners and the gas and it doesn’t get the higher flames they are real low then turn all of them off and start all over again then they are good. Other than that once I get it going then everything is great. But it doesn’t the same thing every time I start it.

Easy to cook and clean with.
This is my first dive into a Griddle and the amount of support found online for Blackstone is amazing. I was able to learn how to care for, use, and clean my new griddle. The griddle is very versatile, allowing me to cook anything I could on a grill, while also enabling me to cook many items that can't be cooked on a grill. The cleaning is easier than I thought, once I followed some good YouTube videos on the subject.

Great griddle
This griddle is of superior construction and is incredibly well thought out in its design. I wish the companies would get together and figure out a better technology for the igniter LOL. Without access to the burners because it's a griddle, the igniter is even more important than with a grill
