Just unboxed it, takes two to lift the box. I just assembled it from the box in the truck. Still took two of us to wrangle the grill/ hood into place. Went together pretty easily, great instructions and labeling of parts. Can’t wait to cook on it

Assembly was much easier than I anticipated. Same day I did the initial burn off and seasoned/conditioned my griddle. Cooked an amazing smash burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. Trying my hand at stuffed hash browns and breakfast for the family now. Tonight will be steaks and vegetables! Love my new Blackstone!

The 36 inch griddle is easy to put together and a breeze to use bbq don’t even compare to griddles I started with a off name brand griddle and had to level up and black stone was the way to go!!!
