Excellent assembly instructions and packaging
Assembly instructions were very clear and accurate.
The parts/hardware bubble pack was labeled better than any other product I’ve assembled.
Seasoning the grill now according to Blacking You Tube videos.

Griddle time
First off, very easy to put together. I like the fold down shelves and that they extend. Love that the hood is attached and can be raised and lowered with no effort. Seasoning was a breeze and I’m so glad that the grease trap is is the back. Ready for summer now.
