So far we like it
The only problem I have is I turn on the burners and the gas and it doesn’t get the higher flames they are real low then turn all of them off and start all over again then they are good. Other than that once I get it going then everything is great. But it doesn’t the same thing every time I start it.

Easy to cook and clean with.
This is my first dive into a Griddle and the amount of support found online for Blackstone is amazing. I was able to learn how to care for, use, and clean my new griddle. The griddle is very versatile, allowing me to cook anything I could on a grill, while also enabling me to cook many items that can't be cooked on a grill. The cleaning is easier than I thought, once I followed some good YouTube videos on the subject.

Great griddle
This griddle is of superior construction and is incredibly well thought out in its design. I wish the companies would get together and figure out a better technology for the igniter LOL. Without access to the burners because it's a griddle, the igniter is even more important than with a grill

Great product. Took my time seasoning it and it has paid off - great first cook and better every time thereafter as I learn the nuances of the cooking surface. Perfect compliment to my Kamado grill/smoker. Quickly becoming a real family favorite!

So much space!
I cannot tell you how much this changed my BBQs. The cooking surface all around cooks at the temperature you want, and you can fit so many different things to cook at the same time due to the size. Gives you less time at the cook station and more time to join the party!

Love the Blackstone
We live our Blackstone grill. We cook on it almost every day. Really love Philly Cheesesteaks and our favorite is smash burgers. They taste just like the Guy Fieri burgers from our cruise! Best money spent and worth every penny!
