I assembled my Blackstone myself. Instructions were easy to follow. The initial seasoning took about 45 minutes using Blackstone seasoning paste, but so worth it!

This is annoying excellent product and very well made. I only have one concern - I’m not a huge fan of the lid. I understand the hanging hooks, but it’s gonna get the lid nasty when cooking anyway, and when it’s resting by hanging from the back of the griddle, it rests with point pressure on the grease catcher which can create a bend because that lid isn’t made of really strong metal. It’s better to just sit it down somewhere out of the way. Other than that, there’s very little of anything to complain about with this model!! Well worth it.

Love it. I just got it today 4/26/25 it was easy to assemble. You can do it yourself but it will be faster with an assistant to assemble the grilled. Over all awesome purchase

I just finished putting together my new Blackstone and I am seriously impressed. Assembly was straightforward with all the parts organized and the instructions were clear. Once it was fully built, you could immediately feel the quality. It is super sturdy with a solid build that feels like it will last for years.
The first cook was a blast. The heat distribution is even across the entire surface which makes cooking multiple things at once really easy. Burgers, veggies, bacon — everything came out perfect. I also love how much space there is to work with. Cleanup was quick too, especially after seasoning it properly.
If you are considering getting one, I highly recommend it. This Blackstone is a total game changer for backyard cooking.

Amazing combo
Was needing to replace my original 28” Blackstone and when I saw that they had this National Griddle week combo I couldn’t pass on it. Best outdoor cooking appliance I have ever had! Even bought my son the 22” for his apartment and now have him hooked on it.
