Got this in a bundle deal and expected great things. Was not disappointed at all. Assembly was roughly 20 minutes, seasoning roughly 30 minutes and I was ready to cook that evening! Smash burgers turned out perfect and cleanup not a hassle. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything I thought it would be. If you’re thinking about it then just get one. Easiest way to cook breakfast and great to do bacon outside to mitigate that bacon house smell. Will most likely upgrade to bigger size but great for family of 4 pending what you’re cooking! Purchased during griddle week on sale

Still breaking it in but everything I’ve cooked has turned out well. Takes constant attention with an infrared thermometer to monitor surface temp. On low the left side will easily hit 500 degrees. Have to cycle the burner on and off to keep from burning food.

Great griddle with nice extras !
So id been watching blackstone for a while trying to figure out the best time to grab one and this model (not too big) with the extras had me pull the trigger. Arrived fast, easiest setup ever and I was seasoning the same afternoon. So far we have made Easter breakfast, tacos, smash burgers, quesadillas and everything has come out great every time. I did invest in a dome and drip tray liners but this kit with the hard cover, soft cover, and two spatulas is excellent and really meets our needs. Heats up fast and has cooked everything great. Cleanup, reseason and cool down are fast as well. Highly recommend!
