[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace a 20 year old dishwasher that was so loud and did not dry dishes completely. This Bosch has several wash cycles to choose, plastic items are nearly dry and connecting it to the Home Connect app lets me know when it is time to refill the rinse aid, when the dishwasher is ready to be emptied and other helpful tips. This dishwsher is very quiet (no need to turn the tv volume up anymore!). There is a third top tray for utensils, spatulas, very small bowls, etc which frees up space in the main baskets (the top basket can be raised/lowered to accommodate taller items, too) so more dishes can be washed at once. I am so happy I splurged on this Bosch dishwasher!

I've had this dishwasher for almost 4 months. It is much quieter than the dishwasher it replaced. It gets the dishes clean and dry! I have found that the "Speed 60" does a fine job in getting my dishes clean. I do scrap and quickly rinse dishes before putting them in (this way I rarely have to clean the debris screen). There's only two of us, most of the time, so dishes may sit for several days before washing them. I did find that the number of items it holds is less than the old dishwasher. While it is the same outside dimensions, inside is smaller because this Bosch has much thicker walls. I'm sure it's for the sound dampening material and that is why it is so much quieter. Really have no use for the app and connecting to my dishwasher with my smart phone.

What makes this a 5 star machine and worth the price is the ways to customize the setup of environment. Was a bit displeased with fit for frying pans. Wait. There is a way to drop some of the posts. Now no problem. Knew about the tilt middle shelf and it helps things fit as well as I thought it would. The not having to worry about where plastic items are placed due to the non-element drying is great. Sound level is as advertised, i.e. doesn't interfere with things in our smaller house. All in all, very happy with purchase.
