Very pleased with Refrigerator performance

Our main emphasis was to ensure fresh produce (fruites and vegetables) can stay fresh for longer duration. I have noticed significant changes in that in comparison to our earlier refrigerator. They stay fresh for more than week. No more wasting stuff. Overall I am very pleased with the performance, ease of use and overall space utilization.

Modern sleek design and performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is fantastic. We knew that we wanted a Bosch dishwasher based on previous experience, but I had initially thought I would be buying a Kitchenaid fridge. After so many discouraging reviews I came across a few consumer articles noting Bosch as a top refrigerator as well. We couldn't be happier with our choice of this unit, and the separate drawer for fruits and vegetables is a really nice feature. It takes a little playing, but I was able to arrange shelves to my specific needs. The right door can hold milk gallons, and the left door and lowest shelf can accommodate vertical opened wine w/ corks and taller juice containers. Of course, this comes at the expense of one of the upper door shelf heights but I keep smaller glass jars of capers, olives, etc. The only complaint and concern that we have is the snack drawer is pretty janky. Every other piece of the unit feels substantial with heavy doors, solid closure, and quiet operation. The drawer is light, feels like it could break, and "locks" into place on both sides which requires two hands to tug and release. Given the full width, it seems like the drawer could easily crack if pulled with one hand from the center. All in all, a great refrigerator. We also really enjoy the smaller rounded pyramid shaped ice. Much more like a restaurant. My only other ice needs are met by a silicon mold for large cocktail cubes.

It is amazing from the lighting inside to the crisper and freezer areas. It keeps our food so fresh for a longer period of time. I also love the fact that I can use the app to turn my ice maker off and on and order supplies. I would buy this refrigerator again in a heart beat.

Both the fridge and freezer capacity are outstanding. Plenty of customization for your needs in storage arrangement, temps, etc. The two features that attracted us to purchase are dual condensers and the fact that the front is plain...no ice/water dispenser, no brand logo...looks classy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it except (1) the ice maker bin overflows such that ice cubes are constantly spilling into my freezer drawer compartments (and I have less freezer space due to the ice maker being in the freezer rather than the fridge); and (2) the drawer in the fridge compartment is so cheap and flimsy it is difficult to open and close and I fear it may break at any moment. Plus it would be best if this drawer were in 2 sections so that I did not have to open both fridge doors in order to open that drawer.

This refrigerator has been in our home for 9 months. The style of double doors & a drawer in the center is perfect for access to our needs. The ice maker creates ice cubes to meet our needs and allows to double its container size for bigger events if desired. Without handles sticking out the flat surface is lovely as well.

Also like the water dispenser - wish you didn't have to use your fingers to press in to dispense - would just like to use a glass to do that.The only fear that could be improved is the large drawer inside the refrigerator - seems a little flimsy - might need to be heavier to avoid that problem.

Amazing Refrigerator!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 800 Series recently to replace a mainstream brand that was installed by the builder. The ice dispenser on the previous refrigerator had broken after only a couple of years usage and required the full assembly to be replaced even though it was just one little gear that needed to be fixed. We decided to find a brand that doesn't adhere to the "planned obsolescence" lifecycle that seems to plague so many newer appliances, and Bosch stood out as a winner! Bosch allows you to find just about any part in their app all the way down to smallest nut or bolt, if you ever need a replacement part. Not many volume manufacturers can say the same. Additionally, the aesthetics, engineering quality, and overall form and function stand apart from the other brands we researched. And, yes, it is true that the fruit/vegetable drawer does do something that allows fruits and vegetables to last much longer than they normally would. All in all, if you are a discerning consumer that values longevity and quality, simplicity over gimmicks, and believes a refrigerator should last many years in a home instead of a landfill, get the Bosch.
