Major Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally upgraded our dishwasher to this Bosch from a local, stocked Maytag unit when our original one stopped working. It is a huge upgrade in our open concept house as the old one was loud and made conversation in the kitchen/dining very difficult. The sound level on this unit is amazing and the first few loads through the machine seem to also be a huge improvement.

Love it so far

It cleans well and is quiet. I don't really need the smart / wifi features so haven't explored those much

Review for Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher (SHP65DM5N)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. It cleans incredibly well, even with heavily soiled dishes, and everything comes out spotless every time. The dishwasher is extremely quiet—you can barely tell it’s running—which is a huge plus. I also love the adjustable racks and thoughtful layout, which make it easy to fit everything from large pots to delicate glassware. Drying performance is excellent, and the build quality feels solid and reliable. Bosch truly delivered with this model, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, dependable dishwasher.

Sleek Outside
Love the look of the dishwasher and it gets the dishes much cleaner than my old Bosch. It also seems to hold more. I'm especially fond of the upper, flatware rack and the ability to program it so the door props open when the wash cycle ends.

My favorite brand of dishwashers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being happy with and not having any maintenance issues with my previous Bosch for 18 years, I knew I wouldn't consider any other brand. This dishwasher has everything I need for my retired husband and me...AND for our nine other extended family members when they join us! Quiet, efficient, and very good-looking in my kitchen, Bosch truly makes top-quality appliances. I plan on using it without any maintenance issues or costs for the next 18 years.

UPGRADED MY KITCHEN

Excellent cleaning and sanitizing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this series 500 Bosch dishwasher because the one we were replacing only lasted four years (builder supplied). We had a Bosch in our previous house which was great but now they are even better. It cleans and sanitizes even the toughest baked on food. It is very quiet and the drying is greatly improved so that it is not an issue. We are very pleased.

Incredible dishwasher

Very nice and well worth the money. The red light that casts on the floor while running is needed with how quiet it is.

Very Happy With This Dishwasher
I connected the app and made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. This dishwasher works flawlessly. I found the layout of the buttons to be intuitive. Once I worked with the machine for a while. It became very easy to understand and operate. I love the third drawer. My dishes are cleaner than I've ever seen them -They sparkle, and I like the drying cycle and the door opening to vent the steam. It works perfectly. The information on the App was very helpful. I would purchase this machine again, and I highly recommend it.

Bosch Continues to Dominate
My mom raised me to help around the kitchen and even when we are guests at another's house I help with the dishes (often to the amazement/amusement of the host). Anyway, in so doing I get to load a bunch of different dishwashers and I can tell you that my Bosch seems to hold dishes more securely, and is organized in a way to hold more, than the other units I've loaded up.
My daughter jokingly tells me "Dad, you can really tell you're a homeowner when you have opinions on kitchen appliances!" But, seriously, anything that costs real money and actually IS BETTER than its competition should be recognized as a good deal.

I installed it myself, the instructions included with the dishwasher were very easy to follow. We're very pleased with this unit.

Very quiet with lots of options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous dishwasher was also a Bosch and after 10+ years, we decided to upgrade. Bosch was the only option on our list. The most important thing for us is noise level. This dishwasher is super-quiet. Additionally, Bosch has an app that links via WiFi and notifies you when it is finished washing the dishes. Controls are touch sensitive; no buttons. Another great feature is that the Bosch app provides great instructions and tips on how to get the most out of the dishwasher.

The Best Dishwashers

Love my new Bosch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 15 year old Bosch dishwasher with a slightly upgraded version of the same model. I love it. I will admit that being required to hook it up to wifi was a little annoying, and it took some decent effort to make that happen. but now that it is hooked up to the app, I have access to every feature. we have had the machine working for about three months now. I love how quiet it runs and how clean my dishes get. You will not be disappointed with this purchase

Worth the $$$$!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been waiting/hesitating to buy a new dishwasher because of the cost of a Bosch. My 25+ y.o. Sears Kenmore had been great but it was showing its age. The coating on the bottom rack was wearing off and the metal underneath was rusted. There is not an available replacement rack that we could replace that one with so it was time to say good-bye. We bought the new Bosch, got it delivered and installed. It is wonderful - so quiet and our dishes come out clean and dry since I use the AirDry mode. If it were not for the red light that comes on while it is running, we would not know that it was doing a load of dishes. I have had to learn how to place things in it to get everything in a load as the racks are different from my old dishwasher. I don't use the top rack a lot but probably will do so more as I get used to placement. Not having to worry about plastic items being melted on the bottom rack is wonderful. Really glad that I did my research and settled on this Bosch dishwasher.

Fantastic Dishwasher

It is so quiet the door light is really necessary to know it's running, and the layout and performace are great. We can fit more dishes in without interference than our previous unit, and they come out clean regardless of how dried on the food was when loaded.

Foturnately, the Bosch 500 Series met all of needs along with the latest upgrades in technology and performance. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with it. So quiet we rely on the red light to let us know. Cleans very well and uses very little energy. 5 stars !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very quiet running machine. The fuller, the better. Racks have options for varying dynamics needed, depending on what needs washing. I was a bit frustrated with not having a paper copy of owners manual, however quick searches online provided some key info I needed to make it work right. When I found out there's only a 4-second window to hit start and close the door, all my irritations resolved 😊
The app is very helpful - basically replaces the need for a paper copy. Overall I'm very pleased with the look, quality, and ease of use.
