Just bought it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had 25 year old Jenn Air and it broke got this Bosch. It heats up quicker and cools down quicker. The wattage is higher so I am testing different setting to find the one I want. Takes a minute to heat to temp but about the same as my Jenn Air. The knobs dont come off and I can live with that. I usually clean about every couple weeks. Just like the Jenn Air I assume it will get some spots which wont come off. Over all I am pleased and would recommed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with our new cooktop. Having the equivalent of 5 burners adds lots of options ion cooking serfaces. Not difficult to keep clean as long as you wife the surface clean as soon as it cools.

Awesome cooktop

Bosch versa the Competition
My wife and I poured over many different brands & models. It was an educated decision for us to pick the NEM5066UC model and one of our best appliance decisions to boot. The quality was evident and has shown itself overtime. We will consider the Bosch brand when we have a future home requirement for any other home major appliances.

Beautiful cooktop
We updated our ovens and cooktop with all Bosch products. The old cooktop was electric coils and was very difficult to clean. I had to lift up the top and clean the rims and pan underneath. This Bosch cooktop not only looks beautiful but has wonderful features. It is easy to clean, the four (really five with the double element) burners heat up quickly, cook evenly and show when they are on or still hot. I love the sleek modern look of the black glass ceramic surface.

Sleek and Sexy!!
My wife and I bought this cooktop for our kitchen that we were re-modeling. It goes very well with the other Bosch appliances and operates with superior quality. If you are in the market for a new cooktop, you would be a fool not to buy this one.

Great features
I've had the stovetop for ten months and love it. I like having a couple of small burners because I am often cooking for two. The surface is so beautiful. I clean it off every evening which is no trouble since it is a flat clear surface. The heating power is great. Love your product!

This is for sure a beautiful cook top. It looks pretty sharp in our white kitchen. Works pretty good. The only comments is that is difficult to clean the glass. Some spots are not easy to clean. It will be nice if there is a recommended cleaning product,

Can't clean easily
It works great, no issues there. But the knobs don't come off for cleaning which is ridiculous, and it's hard to not have streaks when done cleaning.

Difficult to keep clean!!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a complete kitchen remodel with all Bosch appliances. I . regret buying this stove top as it is terrible to keep clean. The knobs are located directly in the center of the cooktop and everything gets on them. You would think they would lift up to get under the knob but they dont. REGRET BUYING THIS AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT

Works Great But Can Not Clean Burner Surface
This cooktop came with my new condo in Honolulu. It works great and I have no issues with its functionality. However, after using it 9 months now I can not get the burner surfaces clean (this was an issue after just 2 weeks). I've read the owners manual and called Bosh but they do not help with this issue. I did see another review on the Sears website for this exact cooktop that stated they to could not get the burner surface clean so I'm not the only one with this issue. I'm not new to Bosh glass cooktops. I have currently have one in my California house that I've used for 11+years. This cooktop has no cleaning issues and looks almost as good as the day it was installed. Unfortunately the cooktop in Honolulu looks terrible and worn out. This is a high end condo that I rent and so I need to replace the cooktop. Bottom line, don't buy this model. Oh, I should mention the Bosh warranty does not cover the cosmetic appearance so no warranty for this issue. See attached photos of this issue. Keep in mind I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the surface before I took this photo.
