The only thing I don't like is I wish the tines were straight up and down rather then at an angle. I have some dishes that are hard to place because of the angle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love our new dishwasher! I love the 3 drawer on top for the utensil verses a basket taking up room on the bottom drawer. You can fit more plates on the bottom without the need for the utensils basket since my entire utensil collection can fit. There setting are great and I didn't think I would enjoy the wireless option on my phone as much, but it's been great setting it up and timing it to run later in the night or seeing on your phone how much longer the wash will take.

I can hardly tell when it is running!

The Best!
Hands down, this is the best dishwasher I have ever had (and I've had several)! It really does clean dried on foods. I no longer worry about pre-rinshing or scrubbing down everything before loading. We use the salt additive and my glassware comes out sparkly clean. And we really like the red light that shines on the floor to let us know its operating - the unit is certainly the most quiet one we've ever had.

Cleans well
In DFW it was a combined delivery and installation which was super convenient. The installer team was skilled and got the work done quickly and cleaned up the area well. You get notified that the dishwasher was delivered when the installer picks it up from the warehouse.
Overall the dishwasher is great and this model is made in Germany. We were upgrading from a 20yr old Whirlpool, so this does clean very well. Even though the dishwasher is the same size as before externally, the door opens and lays flat closer to the floor, which makes you bend lower to load that rack. The bottom rack tines are closer than our previous one but the dinner plates come out sparkling clean. The middle rack has tines for soup bowls but not enough to hold more than 6 while you can load 16 dinner plates easily. The silverware top tray does an adequate job but not as good as loading in the bottom rack utensil holder since it just sprays water from the top and does not clean from the bottom of that rack. Beware of spilling dishwashing powder in the holder since that sliding cap can get stuck with the powder and not open during the wash which happened once. It uses very little water since you hear briefly the water emptying into the drain.
Bosch shows the plates loaded in different directions depending on which video/photo you look at for this model!

It cleaned well, it was sorta quiet and didn't want the hassle of figuring out what to get. Finally had to make that decision. My 3 kids all told me to get a Bosch for sure! I did and I can honestly say I didn't know what love was! Now I do. I love my Bosch dishwasher. It cleans perfectly, it's so quiet I never remember it's on. I can wash all my plastic lids without melting them. It's amazing technology for sure. Thank you Bosch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice washer and it holds a good quanity of dishes. Does a sterile cleaning, we like that. Doen't clean as well as the old Bosch washer we replace. Best feature of all is that it is quiet. Sometimes bowels will have residue. We have the model with controls out of view. We like the clean face but you cannot see how far along the wash is on the controls. There is a red light shining on the floor under the washer during the wash. This is a nice feature but it could be better if it change to green when finished so you know the dishes inside are clean.

When we first got it, I checked on it several times to make sure it was on it was so quiet. The best part is that holds a lot of dishes, bowls, glasses, cups and silverware. We especially like the 3rd rack for silverware. It is easy to load, holds a lot of utensils and cleans them very well. The controls are straightforward and easy to use. We would certainly recommend this dishwasher.

Every time I am in set settings and press start (as per the direction booklet) to move between levels in set settings the machine shuts off. Is there a combination buttons I am supposed to push?
