Bosch wall oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this oven to replace one from Maytag/Whirlpool that began failing just months after purchase. After 9 visits from Maytag repair techs I finally gave up and bought this unit from Bosch. It has been excellent. Very quiet, and as the installer noted, considerably more substantial (heavier) than the Maytag. Would definitely recommend.

Super Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying using our oven so far. Bakes evenly across all three racks. Is very quiet (I never noticed that the oven it replaced was loud, until I found myself checking to make sure this one is on!). I like the way the door closes and the way the light comes up slowly and dims slowly when opening and shutting the door.
The only complaint is has to do with the controls. They are easy to use - no problem there - but our oven is an under the counter installation and it easy to turn the oven on (or lock it, or turn on the oven light) with my thighs or hips when chopping or doing something else atop the counter above the oven). i will learn to avoid this I am sure, but for now it just seems annoying that the controls are so sensitive.
Also like the look.
And to be sure, there are very few 27" ovens available at all, so I am actually thrilled with this one, since I did not have to rebuild the cabinet into which it was placed to accomodate a smaller 24" oven (30" would have been impossible).

New Oven
Replaced a new Jenn air oven with the Bosch 800 series single oven. The Bosch fits better in our tight kitchen especially the handle. Also love the keypad all digital.

Excellent wall oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need a 27" wall oven and picked Bosch. I love the soft close and easy to use features. It is very well insulated and keeps very accurate oven temperatures. It heats quickly. I especially like the convection oven roast feature, as it saves energy by roasting faster at a lower temperature. It also just feels very well built.

Dreams do come true!

Beautifully designed. Simple, easy to follow touch pad and main buttons. The sliding rack for heavier roast turkeys, etc. is genius. I'm in love.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled our kitchen and included the Bosch drawer microwave in the island. We love that the m/w is not longer the first thing you see when you walk into the kitchen. We use it every day and its very intuitive - perfecyt for the pandemic where you cook in bulk and then reheat. My only minor suggestion is that Bosch angle the viewing screen to face up instead straight ahead since the drawer is below the waist.

Looks and works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite is the thermometer that I stick into my whole chicken and set up to cook using the panel. It cooks perfectly and the oven shuts off, but remains hot for an hour. I can start it early and dinner is ready without the last minute rush to time things right.

A wonderfully designed oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A new appliance is alway a item of fascination when first experienced in one's own home. This oven has never dissapointed me in the few months I have had the unit. While the options for operation are numerous, the front panel displays are easy to navigate and, thus, control the oven. This is my first experience with convection cooking. The results from roasting chicken and meats has always been terrific. The built-in cooking probe was most useful and provided satisfying results. The meats were done quite nicely and never dried-out. The little baking of pasteries I have been able to do have always been uniformly great. One of the features that I didn't think would make much of a difference was the sliding cooking rack. WIth use, the rack has become one of my favorite "tweaks" of the oven design. The rack facilitates so many aspects of cooking with the oven, as it provides quick and safe access to the item being roasted or baked. The sliding rack operates easily and smoothly, no more jarring and upseting the item being cooked when pulling out a traditional oven rack to inspect or remove the item. Again, the safety value of not having to content with the unexpected splashing of hot liquids when pulling out a rack is reassuring.
Besides the very pleasing exterior design - as always expected from Bosch - the operational features of the oven totally justify the choice of this oven. The oven is an easy recommendation to offer to anyone who asks about the oven in my humble little kitchen.

I purchased this oven several years ago. I never really realized how much I love it until my daughter recently purchased a top different brand for same price I paid. She does not have most of the options my Bosch offers and she had to get someone in twice for repairs. The brand name over the door of her oven also melted. Where the Bosch always remains cool to the touch where we do not have to worry about small children touching it. I love my Bosch it is by far the best oven I have ever owned and by far the best for baking results. I would not purchase any other brand!

Happy wife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we had an older Bosch oven, the temperature controls were wearing out and I heard nothing but complaints from my wife about keeping the temperature steady while baking. Since replacement parts were no longer available, we decided on getting a new oven. The old oven had "mechanical" temperature settings while the new oven had digital settings which were easier for my wife to see. Since we have put the new oven into service, my wife has done various baking projects, all of which turned out beautifully. I haven't tasted her rolls and bread this good with the old oven. She loves the digital controls which are easier to see and the constant baking temperatures. You have made my wife one happy woman.
