Great Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dual fuel range! The gas burners are easy to use, I love the fifth burner in the middle. Cleaning is as easy as it can be with a gas stove. I like all the features of the oven; the probe works very well. I would say that it takes a little longer to heat up than my previous electric oven. The smudge proof stainless steel still smudged though. Overall I would recommend.

All around solid range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer cooking on gas so dual fuel is a must. After 2 weeks of cooking and baking, I find I'm using the back and middle burners so the blower takes up more of the emissions for lower levels of airborne contaminants. The middle burner is large and hot; the back ones are more for simmering. The oven has terrific settings, e.g., Proofing, perfect for yeast doughs (100 degrees), and Fast Pre-heat. Convection heats evenly while using multiple levels. The control panel functions fine. I knew it doesn't have an air fry setting but still wish it did, given its price. Clean up is ok. The storage drawer opens with a tap . The timer is loud enough and not obnoxious. Overall it's solid. So far so good.

Love mine

Amazing
Absolutely love the Bosch 800 Series Dual Fuel Slide-In Range. Previously, had a 22-year-old Thermador dual fuel and thought that was great, but the Bosch 800 Series is so far superior in every way. (I could do without the fifth gas burner and warming drawer.) It is actually possible to simmer with gas and the oven settings cover a multitude of functions. It is too bad I will never do the range justice since it is way beyond my epicurean abilities. However, I am thrilled with my purchase and it looks so nice in my kitchen.

Some suggested improvements
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are satisfed with our new Bosch range but think there could be some improvements.
(1) The "pre-heat display is small and not informative. It woud be much better if it displayed the current temperature and the desired temerature like the temperature probe mode does.
(2) The buzzer could be louder and have a plesenter tone.
(3) The flame could be ported (like our previous range) so that it didn't heat the grill and there would be less need to wait for the grill to cool down.

Great range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove! It is far superior to the one by another maker that we needed to replace when two of the four burners stopped working. My Bosch is easy to clean since the area around the burners Is stainless steel. Having five burners means that I can cook several things at the same time, and the different sizes of the burners means that I can find the right cooking temperature for each. The oven is spacious, and the racks slide smoothly. It looks good in my kitchen, too!

Dual fuel range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've had this for 3months, while I haven't used all the dif. features yet. It is very insulated & doesn't heat up the kitchen (just the food!), range top easy to clean. One quirky thing is sometimes when I open the oven it changes the tempurature/mode setting. Also, it takes a few minutes to change a setting (the key pad doesn't respond immediately). I didn't read anything about that & I read ALL the instructions. Overall, I like it much better than my old range.

Excellent replacement to previous range

A Dream Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at dual fuel stoves for a very long time before making this choice. It helped that a good friend has this model even though it was far more $$ than I wanted to spend. But I finally broke down and I am so glad that I did. It's beautiful, cooks very efficiently, and I deserve it after decades of crummy cheap stoves. I have adjusted my cooking style so that things don't cook too quickly on the robust gas burners. The stove is marvelously large, and little things like the light automatically coming on when I open the door, seem like luxuries to me. I've lived logn enough that I paid less for a car than this stove, but it is worth every penny! You will not be disappointed.

Our Bosch Dual-Fuel

The five burner gas stovetop is easy to operate and even easier to adjust fuel feed for all cooking needs. The electric oven is incredibly easy to use with a front panel that offers many choices for optimal performance. We love it!

Very happy with my purchase

Easy to keep clean!

I love the gas cooktop, and the middle power burner. The top is stainless steel and simple to keep clean; even after five years of heavy use it looks new!

So Far So Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had for 2 weeks now and cooked Thanksgiving meal in it. Everything turned out as it was supposed to. I have only used the Bake and Convection modes and LOVED the convection meal I made. I saw reviews about the flame being to far away from the grates and I have not found that to be true. So far my only complaint is that on the one recipe I tried that needed to simmer I was not able to get the simmer because the flame was to hot even on lowest setting. With that being said I have not cooked with a gas range in over 25 years, so it may be my issue and not the ranges. I also read reviews about turning the oven on while cleaning the range, etc. I have found that to be true. The electronics board is very sensitive and they do have a lock that I use whenever I am cooking on the range for an extended period.

Very pleased
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about two weeks so far and have put it through its paces. The oven is much quieter than my previous electric oven even on convection, probe works great, warming drawer is great. Knobs feel solid. I appreciate that there aren't gaps between the range and the counter for stuff to fall down. I do wish the beeps (like from the timer or when preheating is done) were a bit louder because they're easy to miss.
