Faster cooking with induction
When you place a pan on an induction cooktop and turn it on, an electric current travels through a coiled copper wire, which produces and applies heat directly to your pan. Heating the cookware directly prevents heat loss (plus, the area surrounding your pan remains cool to the touch). You'll also notice the ease of clean-up.
Warming Drawer for convenient storage
A Warming Drawer beneath the oven provides extra storage, and keeps your food warm until it's ready to serve.
Self-Clean Mode for convenience
With all the cooking you'll do in a Bosch oven, clean-up should be your last worry. Our wall ovens have a 2, 3 or 4 hour self-clean cycle, for the ultimate convenience.
Easy installation
The slide-in design can replace a freestanding range cutout and slides back against the wall for a sleek built-in look.

Love it so far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 8 weeks of ownership I can say it's been a pleasure to use. Its 3700 watt burner brings things to a boil in no time. I wish the stove controls were brighter. I've covered the entire surface with a silicon mat which obscured the controls so I had to add decals to the mat in order to use it without having to lift the mat but it's not a big deal. I've barely scratched the surface of what it can do. The user guide could be friendlier.

Gas to induction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to move to induction and remove a LP oven we had for 23 year. So far it has been great. Water boils fast and baking, roasting and broiling has been great. Cooks even, super easy to clean and controls are great. The top layout is a bit odd but I like having the corner area to put pots once they are done and I want to cook something else.

Quiet, powerful, and fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my 800 Series Range for a little over a month, replacing a gas range, and am impressed. Burners are powerful and very responsive, as expected for induction. From my research I had concerns about noise, but the sounds from the burners, cooling fan, and oven are all minimal. The controls take some time to master, but are logical once you understand the system. Unlike gas, where I would turn the knob and then have to bend over to look at the flame, with the number settings I know exactly what I have selected. And if I turn it down lower than needed, adjusting back up is super fast. Like you hear, water boils so fast I often just use the high setting and not the extra boost feature. On the less positive side, I do wish the markings for the position of the elements were more pronounced. I really need the light from the range hood to see the correct place to put the cooking pan. Oven is impressively insulated, the outside of the door doesn't get hot, and cooks well. There are many features I am yet to explore. Reserch shows that Bosch induction ranges are significantly more reliable than other brands, which for me was the deciding factor that justified paying more than for a range from another company. This range is a top quality product, as expected.

Price versus value

If considered cost, you have to give 3Fs. Product is a result of a painstaking engineering development. I am happy to own it. I would recommend for every body if the cost is not a factor to make a decision.

The easiest transition from gas

That is important so you know what to expect. I love the induction cooktop so much more than our old gas range - the kitchen doesn't get as hot when cooking and I don't breathe the fumes. Induction Range - love it

The worst thing was that we had to toss out most of our old cookware (not a big deal as it was all 30 years old lol). Clean up is a breeze. We're still learning all the features, I think. The 3 racks inside are wonderful, especially when baking. Having a warming drawer is awesome. We're so happy with our purchase!

I purchased the Induction range based on the many excellent reviews and I have to say that this is the BEST investment I have made for my home! My cooking and baking has been on par with that of my previous gas appliances. The quality of the materials that Bosch uses in their products is evident right from the moment, my range was unpackaged. From the racks, to the sturdy oven door, the pleasing induction top and efficiency of the induction cooking system....there are TOO many positive points to list in this one review. The bottom line in my opinion is that BOSCH is one of the best appliance manufacturers with products that are sure to make any consumer become a true believer and life-long customer!

Loving induction/convection cooking

So, far it has been very easy to keep clean. Convection baking/roasting is a time saver. Even the broiler is faster and hotter than my previous model. In addition, the kitchen remains much cooler as so little heat is given off. Very satisfied so far.

In defense of the burner placement
I noticed the frequent complaint about the placement of the burners. The larger cooking areas are situated in the center of the ceramic top. The large burners would be used for frying, which may include grease and oil spatter. Therefore, most of the grease and oil would land on the ceramic surface and would then be easier to clean up.
