It is efficient and easy to use. It is so easy to clean the stove top and I love how easily the grates can be moved to clean under them. The oven accommodates an enormous amount of different dishes at the same time. I was able to prepare multiple menu items for Easter brunch at one time. Love it, love it, love it!!!!

But, I have always wanted to return to my teenage years of learning how to cook on my mother's gas stove. I had forgotten how quick it takes to boil water and cook meals! I chose to purchase a Bosch because of the excellent reviews of all Bosch products. Pros: the lip over the countertop, so no crumbs fall between the countertop and stove; The variety of size burners; the bonus middle burner; 3 oven racks; top is easy to clean; classy design. I cannot believe how quickly water boils and the oven heats up! I will never return to an electric stove! Cons: The only negative is the front panel is difficult to read. I must bend down and look closely at the menus. The font could be larger and easier to read.

The range has extensions that cover the side opening between the range and cabinet that help to prevent objects and spills from sliding into the opening. The add on tabs at the rear of the range extends this cover to back wall. The top of the range meets the rear wall of the cabinet opening and gives it an extra professional touch. Converting the range to propane was relatively simple; however, the amount of tightening of baking burner orifice was not completely clear to me, and I called the gas Company to perform the final check. The knobs are generous in size. The touch pad is just the right size and intuitive to use. The burners adjust easily to just the right amount of flame/heat. The grates are continuous and provide easy movement of pans across the burner surfaces. The stainless steel pan that surrounds the burners permit for easy cleanup. The convection features makes chocolate chip cookies even crisper, and the proofing feature is great for breadmaking. The range has a great value/cost ratio. We are very happy with our purchase.

Is this oven cool to the touch on the door and sides when it’s in use?

This is the best oven/range! The grill on top is in 3 pieces, making the stainless surface below easy to clean, because I can lift them separately. They also stay separate heat-wise - when one burner is on only the grill above it gets hot. The digital oven is fantastic, I've never baked so precisely! The oven door, the glass window are cool, the sides are ok - not really hot, but I can't tell because of the counter. It's the best on the market! Looks cool too.
