[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it a month and like the brightness of the light it can provide underneath. The clock is so bright that I turned it off as my eyes are sensitive. I like that the fan has 4 levels. You're supposed to wipe condensation out to prevent rust and that's new for me. Moisture is a frequent occurrence. I cook veggies a lot and the sensor vegetable cook button is working perfectly. I want to try using the convection oven some more but need some ideas. It unit seems to be lower than my old oven a bit or maybe protrudes more into the kitchen. There's no button to pause the microwave so you just open the door to do that same as my old microwave. I think the hold warm feature is an interesting and useful feature. It's weird that you are supposed to wait 5 minutes before using the microwave again after using a convenience button. I don't understand that requirement.

We love our new Bosch Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best microwave we have owned and a significant upgrade from a similarily priced Samsung model we had previously owned. The sensor functions work extremely well and the convection oven is fast and quiet. I am glad we upgraded to a Bosch!

Great Bosch Microwave

Out with the old in with the new
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the process of replacing all my other brand appliances. The microwave was easy to install it took about 20 minutes. The Benchmark series is the way to go if you can spend the money. Spend once cry once.

So far I love my new Bosch microwave. It the pop corn feature is great. My old microwave did not pop all the corn. I am pleased for far with this microwave.

New Bosch Benchmark microwave
Bought Bosch Benchmark microwave to replace old Bosch one that served us 15+ years. New unit is quieter and about 1.5 inch taller. The bottom is done better and interior is all stainless steel.
The only complaint is noisy fan. It has 4 levels and hums at every. Turntable is more solid compared to older Bosch unit.

Control panel difficult to see w/o turning on over
The unit works fine; however, the control panel needs to be backlite. It's nearly invisible without turning on the overhead lights in our kitchen. I would not purchase again.

Could Have Been Better
It’s nice but a couple of the buttons are slightly bulging out. There also seems to be a slight indentation in the stainless. For the money, this thing should be built perfect. I would return it but it’s too much work to uninstall and install a new one.

My Bosch Benchmark Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased the Microwave I was informed it was the best in the business.. After installatiuon Ihave my doubts. My complaint is with the keypad on the left side of the unit. First of all, the letters and numbers are way to small. Very difficult to read if not impossible for older people. The above condition could be alleviated with a little back lighting. To use this unit in early morning or late evening you have to light up the area to see the numbers or programs - very agrevating. Unfortunately we did not see the unit set up for display. If we did I doubt we would have purchased it.
