Rated 5 out of 5 by from seamless transition [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the cooktop really stood out when comparing brands in a showroom. Initially, Bosch was not on our list but it was obviously superior to competitors because of its streamlined, easy to clean cooking surface. A very important aspect when you do as much cooking as I do. It's been natural gas or propane stoves most of my adult life but the advantages of induction are very convincing and the switch couldn't have been easier. A few features of the oven that impressed were the integrated handles in the racks, the sturdiness (no worries about overloading them) and the smooth operation, the multi-rack convection is a nice feature that has turned out to be surprisingly useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our range! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are so thrilled with our new range. We love having induction (although there is an adjustment period as we learned). Additionally, there are many extra features that we are so happy with. It was a wonderful purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time using induction [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very reluctant to switch from gas to induction, but after reading reviews and hearing first hand recommendations I decided to take the plunge. No regrets at all! I love the speed and efficiency with which my stovetop cooks. The best part about it, though, is the ease of cleaning and the sleek look. No more removing grates and trying to keep the stovetop clean. The surface is super easy to clean. Another favorite feature I love is the oven warming drawer. I'm able to prove bread dough in half the amount of time. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to switch to induction cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE Induction Cooking [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how quickly the induction cooktop heats up and cooks so evenly. Clean up is easier than any other cooktop I've ever owned, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this range! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not be happier with this range. My main reasons for choosing this range over competitors were 1) the top that extends over the countertop 2) completely smooth top with no other parts touching it, for ease of cleaning 3) bridge burner 4) gliding oven rack 5) no WiFi. When I saw this range in person in the store, and compared it to other brands I was considering, the fit and finish also won me over. This range felt like it was made from heavier gauge metal on the various body parts. I also noticed that the push-in mechanism for the bottom drawer seemed better than models that had a handle there, which might have caught on something and would have been one more part to clean. This is my first induction stove. In the past I've had smoothtop electric, as well as gas with grates. This truly is the best of both, with the speed/control of gas, and the easy-to-clean aspect of the glass top. The cooktop controls are easy to use. I had been a little nervous about them and had considered a different brand with knobs, but I am very happy with this choice, and knobs would have been harder to clean. The bridge burner is great and I like that it's a true rectangle, not two circles with unheated space in between. And I was surprised but my cast iron griddle, which has a perimeter ridge on the base, does work on this cooktop. All my coated and uncoated cast iron pans work. Some of my "stainless steel" ones do, and other ones don't, so don't assume. (That would be true of any induction range, not just this one.) I have not noticed any buzzing or any other issues while cooking on the stovetop. The oven controls are also easy to use and intuitive. I bake a lot and everything so far has been perfectly baked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Induction Owner [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first induction range and so far I couldn't be happier with it. I got it just before Christmas and cooked Christmas dinner for 7 in it. Everything came out perfectly. I love the power boost option. I only had to replace one sautee pan and one sauce pan that were not compatible (who knew that Calphalon wouldn't be compatible)! The only downside is that the self-cleaning option doesn't clean the oven glass and I couldn't get it cleaned following the instructions in the user's manual. I called Bosch for more information and was told to buy the Bosch descaler to clean it. I got advice from the internet and was able to clean the glass easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had this induction oven long so I'm still learning but I already know that I love it! It's clean looking, and has both baking and convection oven along with a warming draw. We like the Bosch brand...have other Bosch appliances and know they are well-built and reliable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our gas range and love the ease of cleaning and quick heating. Looks great too. Bottom drawer is very low if set to lowest height (35" H countertop); will not fit a kitchen kitchen matte in front.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love I just love my Bosch appliances. I am the proud owner of a fridge, dishwasher and the newest addition my induction stove. There are no words that could explain how wonderful they all are. Love my induction stove, this is my first experience with induction cooking and I'm truly impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Induction rocks! Switched from gas to this induction range, and it has been excellent. Water boils quickly, food cooks evenly. The flex/join burners are very useful. I recommend a Lodge cast iron rectangular griddle to go on top of the two joined burners. I thought the placement of the big burner in the back might be awkward, but the little burner is very useful. Having it in the front is convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bosch Induction Covection [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a an avid baker, I rely on my oven to perform on a high level. The Bosch oven has exceeded my expectations and makes baking a dream. The induction has been nice to use as well. This has been a great purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BENCHMARK INDUCTION SLIDE-IN RANGE [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned and used this range for 6 weeks. I wanted to make a Thanksgiving dinner putting the range to the test. All in all a brilliant design. The floating top sits on the granite counter top. Likes: Design, Ease of use of all controls both on cooktop and oven, Fast heating there's an induction learning curve, the oven is brilliant so many options & the meat probe took the turkey to the perfect temp. The warming drawer is a great option. My personal installer said "the warming drawer is a work of art in stainless steel! Things that could be better: the rear stainless oven grate that runs across the back of the range is sadly not the best quality & be sure to find the CORNERS COVERS KIT-000634738 at the beginning of your installation. You will thank yourself. The sound could be a bit louder on the oven timers & probe. Yes, I have it turned up to max. That's about it. I purchased new All-Clad D-5 Stainless cookware. I have paired this range with a ducted OTR ADVANTIUM MICROWAVE OVEN. PS. You need a great installer to get this range just right but then you are ready to step into the future with this outstanding induction range. Good job BOSCH!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this range. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choose Bosch to replace a gas range after hearing great things about Bosch performance. We Have previously experienced induction with a different brand but this Bosch range if fantastic. Our son likes to make mac and cheese but waiting for water to boil using gas was time consuming not to mention heating up the kitchen. On this range the water comes to a boil in under 3 minutes, the handles of the pan and the kitchen stay cool. Also enjoy how responsive temperature settings are and how easy it is to clean the surface. Oven works great and convection mode is as quiet as any other convection range we have used before. Overall the performance of this range is such that if I wasn’t already married I would be marrying my Bosch! A couple of quirks or suggestions for improvement. The count up timer is nice to use but wish once it reaches 60 seconds it only displays minutes and no seconds as it continues to count. Wish it would continue with minutes and seconds. Also when pre-heating the oven it only displays the desired temperature. Wish it would display the current oven temperature as the oven heats up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bosch Benchmark Induction [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we have only owned our Bosch range for 8 weeks we really enjoy cooking with it. I thought it might take a while to get used to the induction cooking but we have become acclimated really quickly. The way the cooktop tells us about a pan not being correct is really helpful. The way the convection works in the oven makes cooking in it very easy. We both like the extra large glass top which slides over the countertop making it appear larger because it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High hopes! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had a lot of experience with it yet, but so far we're very happy with our Bosch range. Works well in all respects. We selected it because it was the only one, of which we were aware, that featured a cooktop that overlapped the sides of the cutout in our kitchen (to prevent stuff from falling into the gap) and was completely flat (to make moving pots easier). The range is well made and looks great in our kitchen. We made the switch to induction based on our experiences with Airbnbs in Europe, where they're quite common. At this point, we give it 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Range/stove top Overall impressive device. Disappointed in the user support for the induction stove.Better instruction videos should be provided as we are having to learn by trial and error. For example, you should tell your customer that the range works best with high end pans. Allegidly our range has some type of Auto function, but we have not figured out how it works as yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent range [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have anything bad to say about this range. I replaced an aging gas range, and the difference in cook speed, waste heat and cleanliness is night and day. Most of my review is going to be comparative between the gas and electric/induction ranges, since this is my first induction and I don't have others to compare to. The stove top is amazing to use, and while I initially had reservations about the touch interface, it works and only took a few minutes to start feeling familiar. It does NOT work if there's liquid on the control area, which is something to know if you make a mess on your cooktop and need to turn off a burner, for instance. I tested this with a significant amount of water (like you'd get if a pan boiled over, for instance), but haven't tested with smaller amounts to see what the tolerance is. A quick wipe with a towel fixes this though, and removing a pan from its burner shuts it down as well. There is some induction buzz on the absolute highest settings (9 and Boost), and as I'm pretty sensitive to annoying noises, I expected this to bother me more than it actually does. The pitch sounds like the standard 60Hz hum, which was surprising since I thought induction stoves used a higher frequency. Regardless, it isn't very loud at all and quite tolerable. Since most cooking is going to happen on lower power settings and the time on Boost is generally pretty short, it shouldn't be a big deal. All the raving on YouTube and such about how fast induction is at boiling water is absolutely true. It took approximately six minutes to bring about a gallon of water to a rolling boil, according to the built-in "count up" timer (great feature, by the way). Upon boiling, I turned the stove off and was able to grab the pan handles directly, as they were still cool. I'd had gotten 2nd or 3rd degree burns doing that on gas. It doesn't look like multiple burners can be set on Boost at the same time, which sorta stinks, since the power budget should be there (40a power rating = 9600W) but I don't know how often I'd actually need to do that anyway. The stovetop overhangs the countertop to either side, which prevents the constant deluge of crud down the inevitable gap on either side of a slide-in range. My old gas range had brown sticky stuff down both sides. Super gross. I'm considering adding very thin weatherstrip underneath, so liquids spilled on the counter or stove can't find their way around and under the edge, but I suspect with the way it's installed currently (per the manual), it'll never be a problem. My wife has, so far, cooked a pie and some brownies in the oven. It is summertime here, and I told her to not bake during the day since the temperature in the kitchen would reach rediculous quite quickly with our old stove. Not an issue with this one! It seems practically all the heat generated stays in the oven. This logically makes sense, since there's no need for fresh air to get in there to support combustion. A cooling fan runs after a while when the oven is in use, but I actually needed to stick my ear over the stove to hear it, since it's quite quiet. I haven't heard any fan run while the stovetop is in use, though I suspect that may be since I haven't used three or four burners at once yet. Any excess heat is rejected through a stainless grille along the back edge of the range, which is elevated enough to prevent spills on the surface from flowing directly into the vent, but since it shoots the hot air straight up, the wall directly above and behind the stove vent got pretty hot during baking. Our old stove had the controls in this area (above it's vent, which made the oven controls get VERY hot during use) which prevented the air from impinging directly on the wall. This isn't a design issue with the range so much as a modification required to my kitchen, since I just had painted drywall there before. We haven't used the convection function yet, so I can't speak on that. I haven't owned the range long enough to speak to its reliability, either, but Bosch is supposed to be at the top of the list there, according to appliance repair guys. Overall, really solid range and I'm glad I got it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our New Benchmark Induction Range - The Beast [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We affectionately refer to our new Induction Range as the Beast. Once we climbed the initial learning curve and adjusted the time and range settings of our recipes to match induction capabilities, we found the Beast to be easier, faster, require less attention and efficient. The oven is light year ahead of the electric stove it replaced. Our only regret is we waited so long. Thanks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes some adjusting-acclimating [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful range, no doubt. And I really like the warming oven, the slide out oven rack, that ease in cleaning oven and stovetop. The top burners do make that hum when on--something I didn't experience in my last induction stove of a different brand. And it's taken awhile to adjust to the stovetop controls (digital) more than I thought it would. However, it's worth it. Oven is accurate, has nice features that aid with cooking. So I'm a convert to Bosch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Three-week review [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken us a little time (maybe 3 weeks) to feel at home with our new range. We still have not tested all its capabilities. But for the uses to which we have so far put it, it has been outstanding. One big test still remaining is how the oven performs for bread baking: I'll find out soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gotta love the induction! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a month we are getting to know and love the induction top. The control is exceptional. No longer need to scrape to clean the cooktop. Nothing gets burned on. The oven is wonderful. The telescoping rack saves a lot of potential trouble. The warming drawer is very handy to have as well. The glass top covers the counter so, we don't need to cover the gap between the top and counter. All this and it looks great as well.
