Novice Barista, Great Result!
My oldest daughter is a coffee connoisseur and barista at various local establishments. She recommended this product to her coffee-challenged parents and we are loving it! Never had better espresso based drinks, and considering the user, that's saying something!

The Absolute Coffee Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely obsessed with my new Breville Barista Touch Impress Coffee Machine. This is the absolute coffee experience. My dream machine. I was worried it would be hard to use but it is foolproof. It gives you step by step instructions on how to make all kinds of coffees… lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites. It grinds your coffee beans to perfection, brews your coffee expertly and heats your milk to the right temperature. It comes with all the necessary tools for the perfect cup of coffee including a cleaning kit. I may never have to step foot inside a coffee shop again. I highly recommend!

The results that it produces are insane : clean and smooth espresso tha doesn’t taste cheap at all . Its output proves that greatness. The materials are easy to put together and install. They all look safe as well. This mà him is one of my friend has had before and it’s last her for such a long time. I am excited for that. Controls are very intuitive and easy to learn .it makes minimal to no noise so I would totally recommend this product!!!

Never buying coffee out again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O B S E S S E D. never thought I would be able to make my perfect latte at home but this Breville touch impress has done exactly that -
impressed me!! Not only is it aesthetically beautiful but it’s so user friendly. I purchased some beans and was able to set this up in about 10 minutes. It does take a little bit of perfecting but that has more to do with the coffee beans and grind size than anything! So i am still learning and perfecting but it’s amazing! The extra accessories like the double and single shot filters, the milk frothing cup and the built in tamper make this machine so easy and reliable. beneath the brewer is a storage piece that magnitudes to the water tray. It heats up so quickly there’s virtually no down time, im convinced it’s faster than my “one touch” machines i’ve had in the past. The metal and pieces feel very durable and the manual makes maintenance seem very simple. the water tank has a tracker to help you remember when the filter should be changed and the frother cleans itself after each use.

Makes my morning coffee so much better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe I went so long without this machine. It can make you any type of coffee from espresso shots to lattes and cappuccinos. It takes you a bit to try and figure out the coffee situation on how to get the perfect amount of coffee and water but one you figure that out it’s pretty easy. My favorite feature is the frother. I loveeeee some foam and you can make foam out of any milk! It’s touch screen so it’s super easy to use. My mornings are now better because of this machine

Excellent Coffee!
After looking at several machines, I decided on the Touch Impress and have been very happy with it! It's easy to set up and use and the quality of the drinks has been outstanding. The only concern is with the milk frothing. When going to a higher temp or froth setting, the milk tends to overflown. Otherwise, the frothing works well and the texture is great at the higher settings...just keep an eye on it! I like the automation as it walks me through making a drink, but I like that I can make it the way I want too. It wasn't cheap but the quality of the machine and the drinks is worth it.

Perfect Lattes Almost Hands Free
I previously had the Breville Barista Pro which required a lot more hands on set up etc.
I love that this new machine has a tamper that is with a lever and measures if you need more or less beans for the perfect extraction based on the level of the puck.
I love that this machine recommended to alter bean grind size based on speed of extraction for the perfect espresso shot.
I LOVE the milk thermometer/temp gauge that allows you to steam milk to desired temp per drink. Perfect for those that can’t handle super hot beverages like my sister. I also like how you can alter the amount of micro foam desires as well as choosing which type of milk you are frothing.
I love how you can save your customizations for a drink under any title you want for ease of recreating the drink next time.
My favorite part is that you can click the button and walk away. No monitoring is needed because you don’t have to hold anything. The machine knows what to do pretty well when you just allow it to do its auto thing.

An Adventure in Exotic Coffee Preparations
This machine may have been the most frivolous purchase I have made in 20 years; and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted a machine with as many automatic features as I could find in this machine’s price range. I wasn’t willing to undertake a machine with a large learning curve. I adore the automatic features of this machine. More importantly I love the coffee brew I get no matter what choice I make on the touch screen. I also like the option to create my own brew and save it as a future choice. Simply put I am having a blast with this machine. My only disappointment is my utter failure in mastering latte art. The taste of what I brew is spectacular; the look of it not so much. I waxed so positive about this machine my daughter purchased a different Breville model as a Christmas gift for her husband.

Excellent machine!
Bought this for my wife for Christmas. We both love it! The self tamping option is a must and super handy. The steamer works great and is very quick. I was sceptical about spending that much money but we are very happy with it and have already saved hundreds by avoiding Starbucks!

It’s like magic! Or nearly.
This replaced a Dual Boiler that gave up the ghost after more than a dozen years of service. I decided an update was warranted and wanted something more automatic and the Impress lives up to that goal, and I particularly enjoy the automatic milk frothing and push button ease. If I have caveats it’s that the water tank is small and awkward to fill (compared to the top-pouring convenience and ample tank of the Dual Boiler) and the draining reservoir fills up fast when using the self-cleaning frother.

The perfect espresso machine
A month ago, right before Christmas, I decided to take the plunge into an espresso machine. The Barista Touch Impress has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for better coffee - it delivers. I was wanting to be able to control my brew and it delivers with ease. It allows me to dial in my coffee grind quickly without waste and the workflow is very intuitive. I even had to bring it with me on my latest RV trip.

Allows the drink customization I want
Bought 2 months ago and love coffee from internal grinder, lever tamping, one-touch puck draw and customizable milk steaming or manual steaming. I want my coffee to be a smidge stronger than is drawn. So, I run draw for 10 seconds more through same puck and then manually steam milk to make super fluffy foam using whole milk. And the convenience of adjustability in the ability to do that is exactly why I bought this unit. To me, the foam makes or breaks the cup of coffee.

What a good decision
I compared many brands and technologies of coffee machines and I really came up with the best conclusion, beyond the cost benefit, that to tell the truth, it is worth paying to enjoy an extraordinary coffee. Every day is worth it because the day begins and ends with an exquisite coffee.

Love the Touch Impress
We decided to purchase the Breville Barista Touch Impress in Sep 2024 and honestly, I am glad we made the purchase. The touch impress is my wife's and I first breville product and after reading all of the reviews from here as well as from reddit, I was almost deterred from even purchasing one. I decided to give it a shot after watching many video reviews praising the machine as a capable espresso machine.
I honestly have no regrets after three months of ownership and have used the machine everyday for the last three months; and I do mean everyday (we love coffee). This thing is a workhorse. As I mentioned, even though this was our first breville machine, we did get to play around with an Oracle numerous times from a friends house as well as the Barista Touch and honestly, this machine is quite refined compared to those.
I personally have never had any problem with the Touch Impress. One thing I did have issues with at first was finding the right grind setting. The default grind setting was not cutting it even after adjusting the dial. After removing the inner burr and adjusting it manually, I never had any issues again finding the right grind size.
Hope this helps somebody and help with the decision making. I do plan on making any updates if any issues should arise with our Touch Impress.

Love it!
We bought the machine back in May 2024, and have no regrets. We are newbies at making espresso drinks and chose this one because we needed the guidance the machine provides. There is still a small learning curve, but it has been a lot of fun. We stick to the basic drinks and don’t have reason to save our preferences, so so that feature is not useful to us. The drinks it produces are delicious and make the mornings special. Highly recommend this machine, as it has been useful and fun. And it is beautiful, too! :)
