Powerful Blender
Makes great frozen smoothies in 60 seconds. I use mine almost daily.
After about 3 years the bearing in the canister went bad and Breville replaced the entire machine for free as it was still under warranty.

Beautifully smooth smoothies
I’ve used the fresh and furious many times now. It makes luscious smoothies. The lid is a bear to open and some improvement could be engineered on that. Otherwise great product.

Wonderful blender! I'd give this ten stars if I could -
I make smoothies almost daily and and occasional milkshake. Been using over a year now and it looks and performs like the day I got it out of the box! Cleans easy and the acrylic pitcher is still perfect and clear. Machine washable too! Can't say enough about the quality of this! I'll be purchasing a Breville Juicer as well. Totally trust this brand :-)

None better at the price
This is the pretty much identical successor to our last This Breville is the new model of our last which worked fine but forbless than five years. The cost of its repair would almost exceed replacement. Planned obsolescence at work, perhaps, but otherwise solid and well-designed.

Great Blender for Everyday Use
I purchased this blender to create smoothies during a period when I would not be able to eat solid food after gum surgery. I started using it right away and all of the reviews I read were very accurate. It is a very powerful blender. The function buttons are perfect for performing the function they are designated for and the other buttons for Chopping, etc., are very useful for general meal preparation purposes.
I don't have the same issue that some users mentioned about the blender moving around on the counter and walking. Mine does sort of wobble, but it stays pretty much in the same spot that I start the function in.
I am very happy that I did not compromise and go for a cheaper brand, this has turned out to be a great purchase.

Powerful, large container, easy to use
We bought this blender after watching a video on YouTube by America's Test Kitchen, which recommends it as the best mid-range model for price. We were not disappointed. We mainly use it to make smoothie. Because we put in a lot of protein powder, nuts, vegetables and fruits, the old blender's bladed tended to get stuck, i.e. not spinning. But Breville's model has great power, is easy to operate, and has large container to make enough portion for two meals. We are very happy with the purchase.
