Just Get It - You’ll Love It
I don’t regret this purchase at all, and am happy to have snagged it before Tariffs on products like this took effect. This oven is fantastic, packed with features I love and some I probably admittedly won’t take full advantage of but still appreciate having, and is well-made and well-designed in the way all Breville’s products are. I’ve had zero problems with it. I named it ‘Toasty’ in the Breville+ app. I’ve used it for everything from weeknight cookery of various proteins to baking breads to reheating pizza slices, and I’m thrilled — I’m sure you will be too.

A Powerful Little Oven!
I got this to use while I wait for my new wall oven to be delivered. Now I’m thinking that other than for really large items (a turkey?!), I don’t need to replace my wall oven at all!

Does it all
Ecstatic about the ability of this unit to toast, cook, air fry and a multitude of other abilities left to your imagination. Its small size makes it counter friendly as it is not much larger than a toaster oven. It is an economical way of cooking a family meal.

Great Air Fryer Oven, second Breville purchase.
Retired a Breville six year old and still working good, toaster oven. Also retired a LARGE air fryer to get more counter space. This size Breville was the best fit for me. Also didn’t need the extra features on their two more upgrade air fryer ovens. I have used several competitors, this brand is TOPS. The rack is EXTREMELY EASY to clean, wonderful feature. Other brands racks got tarnished easily, not Breville!

Beautiful and capable
This Breville smart oven air fryer is a phenomenal cooking tool. We love the look and it is so simple to operate. The lighted display is invaluable and the interior light is bright. We like how the rack slides out when we open the door due to the magnets on the inside of the door - clever! It cooks evenly and extremely capably. There are so many functions that there is no excuse not to use it almost exclusively. The only complaint we have is that it takes a long time to preheat.

A lot of cooking options in a little oven.
I got this as a present and I’m blown away by all the features. I have no trouble connecting to the app. The unit has everything labeled. It has each shelf level on the glass. When you choose what to cook like bagels, it tells you what level to ate the rack.
I have tried multiple recipes and cooking function guides. They walk you through each step. The air fryer cheese cake is amazing and the 8” size is perfect. It was thick and creamy like New York cheesecake I won’t be buying store bought cheesecake anymore.
I also like the safety feature of even though you turn on the oven by the app you need to be there to push a button to start the oven as it makes sure the oven is not being turned on accidentally by malfunctioning app.
If you’re looking for a small oven for an apartment or a second oven so you can cook small portions without heating the big oven I highly suggest this one.

Super useful
I was not certain that I would keep the oven due to the price and it was bigger than I expected. But once we started using it, it became a must have. We use it significantly more than our gas range/oven and my teenage son can use it more easily as well. The app is a great feature to control settings and find recipes.
The only downside is how hot the door gets. I burned myself a few times before deciding to always wear a not not just pads or grabbers.

Our first air fryer
We've had a Breville oven for years, so when it started making funny noises, we knew we wanted another one, and selected Joule. We are quite satisfied. In addition to the dishes we have often cooked for years, we first added the air fryer for wings and then the rotisserie chicken.

Third Breville oven - use it daily
This is our third Breville oven and the best yet since we ordered a model with air fryer (super convection). To say we use it for everything is an understatement, morning, noon & night - virtually every meal we use it for something and if not using for food it does great job just warming our plates. We bought our first probably 20 years ago or so, and we've given away our old ones to relatives who've then used them and gotten hooked.
Our big oven usually just sits empty unless it's used for something too big to fit in the Breville.
Absolutely recommend this, two thumbs way up.

- Gorgeous
- Reality-defying; somehow making impossibly moist proteins while also delivering incredibly crispy exteriors
- Super fast

Breville Joule Oven
We bought this oven several months ago and have fell in love with its features. The connectivity to the Wi-Fi is really neat, by providing updates during the cooking process. A neighbor dropped by and saw ours and stated her Breville lasted her 15-20 years before it needed to be replaced.

Excellent features
Bought about 3 weeks ago and use it everyday! Best decision and purchase I've made! I absolutely love it and totally meets my needs. Takes up minimal space, doesn't heat up the room like my oven does. The clean up is super easy as well. Very pleased and highly recommend this quality oven!!

I use this for practically all of my cooking. I love the air fryer, but I have also use it to bake , toast, and cook pizza. Honestly, it pretty much eliminates the need for an oven.

I can't believe how awesome this is
I had doubts about an air fryer and didn't want to sacrifice the counter space for it. However, when I also needed a new toaster, I thought I'd give this a try since I'd free up some space. I'm glad I did.
I rarely use my oven anymore as I use this to bake. I even baked my sourdough in here. I have also used the reheat function and like it better than using my microwave to reheat leftovers. It not only gives more thorough and even heating, but even returns crispness. The pizza I made (using the included pizza pan) was one of the best I've made. The crust was airy and crunchy. It is easy to recommend.
My only advice is if you have enough room (I didn't) for the bigger model (BOV900), you should get that instead. It will be worth the extra $50 especially if you want to put a 5 qt dutch oven in it. The bigger model does give you two extra functions (proofing and dehydrate), while not that big a deal, the reason is more for the extra interior space. Although even the smaller model has impressive interior space. I can fit everything I have, except my 5 qt. dutch oven (though I was by flipping the lid - I have the Lodge one where the lid doubles as a grill pan, thus now handle sticking up. But still had to flip so concave goes into the dutch oven). I got the smaller model because the bigger model wouldn't have fit in the space I have on my counter.
Bottom line: Doesn't matter which model you get, you'll be happy you got it. I use it everyday.

So far so good
I bought Breville Air fryer toaster oven about a month ago, so I’m still learning.
I had not had a chance to try broil or slow cooking, but liked toast, bake and roast functions. I tried air fryer twice, first with veggies and the second time with chicken. As I didn’t put any lining with veggies, I had to spend long time cleaning up the mesh tray. For chicken I used parchment paper as lining, but honestly, I like it baked better. By the way, the warning on the mesh tray states that it shouldn’t be used for dripping food. So lining is required.
I noticed, that when I needed to turn food for the other side, I need to take the tray out and close the door. Then when I put it back in the oven, it doesn’t start reheating again.
I can’t complain about the noise, as other people say. The ready sound is normal for me, convection motor starts kind of loud, but goes pretty quiet right away. There’s nothing confusing about the panel light as it has clear color identification of the oven status.
I did read instructions before using the oven and found it very straightforward and helpful.
So, at this point I am happy with it.

We should not have waited so long
This oven is far superior to our previous countertop ovens so comparisons are difficult. The Breville temperatures are accurate (no more having to make mental adjustments), the settings intuitive for ease of use, and it is much easier to keep clean. Being the owner of Joule immersion circulators, I often use the Breville+ app and have found the autopilot recipes delicious as well as inspirational. I would like to be able to tweak the autopilot recipes and create and include my own and hopefully, those enhancements will be included as the app is updated. We should not have struggled for years "making do" with other less expensive countertop ovens.

Worth the counter space. - multi-function oven!
I am a big fan of toaster ovens and have had a good quality one for years. A friend had a Breville and when I saw all it could do compared with my oven I started researching and found the Breville Joule to be my obvious choice. Counter space is valuable and with this oven, I can have it all!

Best Oven Air Fryer Ever
I bought this a month ago to replace another brand Air Fryer Toaster Oven. This is so much better in every way. I don’t know why I waited so long. Pizza’s come out perfect. What I like best is the ability to control everything I put in the oven with options for choosing what type oven temp and how long (although it even has the suggested time when setting).
