Awesome oven
Purchased this to replace my old toaster oven. What a difference, this works as well if not better than my actual oven. It’s versatile, compact, stylish and even dehydrates fruits and vegetables.

So my wife looked at our air fryer and thought it was old and greasy. Same with our toaster oven. So she asked if I could find a cool replacement that did both. This machine fit the bill, is awesome, and is simple to use. Plus there was a bonus: it toasts wonderfully so we got rid of our 20 year old toaster too! Everyone in the family loves it. And our counter top is much cleaner and simpler.

I have been looking for a new air fryer, but found this Breville oven and can’t be happier. It is nice to have so many different options and not have to wait for the oven to heat up. It cooks evenly and heats up quickly. Great purchase!

Great size and so many options!
We purchased this as a replacement for the smaller version which we used all the time. This model has much more capacity but takes up just slightly more space than the smaller one. Also, has several features and cooking modes the smaller oven lacks. We love the precision, the capacity (a 9x13 pan fits nicely) and the air fry and other precision modes. Also easy to clean.

Seems worth the price which is rare these days
It seems well designed, it seems to have better insulation than most countertop air fryers which is to say none at all on most whereas this one seems to take a while to get hot on the outside which implies that there is some kind of insulation in there which is good I appreciate efficiency. It's a good size, the screen could be a little better it's really hard to read unless you are looking at it at a very specific angle. So far the coating is holding up on the nonstick inside I do cook a lot of bacon in mine so it tends to have to deal with a lot of oil and at least so far it's not baking on super hard I'm able to wipe it down with just a damp cloth. I like the magnet to pull out the tray when it's in the air fryer mode that's helpful I do wish the magnet went up and down the whole thing so that it could help pull it out just a little bit regardless of its position but I understand why they put it there only. I do like that some of the extra features like Frozen actually do something different it does actually change the way the heating elements put out the Heat to avoid burning the outside while the the'si nice the most crumb tray has enough clearance that I can put a layer of tinfoil on it without it jamming. Not a feature most manufacturers probably think about but I appreciate it because it's how I keep the crumb tray nicer I just put some tin foil on it and when that gets too dirty I can just replace it.
The most important feature that I am very happy about is the preheat. So many air fryers are trying to do that 60 second or less preheat bs and it's just a lie. It is literally not possible on a 15A outlet to get to 300-400° in that short of time. So thank you for actually doing a real preheat cycle that actually gets up to temp

Love the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro
We've had it a few weeks and haven't used our kitchen oven since. You can do everything in it: bake chicken, perfect air fry fries, snacks.. It heats up quick and easy to use out of the box. The entire family uses it.

I recently bought the Air Frter Pro for my new vacation house, and loved it so much, that I bought a second one for my home, that already had an earlier model. I have now owned 5 different models and thoughly enjoyed them, but this new one is amazing! It’s a joy to use it for pretty much anything I cook. It’s incredibly spacious, doesn’t take up that much more room than my previous one, and cooks like a dream. On top of all the ones I have owned, I have bought 4 more for gifts, and talked a half a dozen friends into buying one. Honestly, I hardly ever use my two full size wall ovens anymore. Kudos to Breville for making such a great quality product!

It has changed the way we cook.
With it only in use for a week, we love our Air Fryer Pro. We cooked our prime rib on christmas and have made many meals since. It is so much more efficient than our Large gas oven. It makes good fries too!

Air Fryer Pro
The 'air fryer' market has been picking up steam lately. Everywhere you go you will see some kind of air fryers advertised. There are quite a few air fryer models out there and most of them are actually less expensive than Breville.
We have been using the early version of air fryer for a long time - the toaster oven. A toaster oven is very similar to the air fryer, without the convection feature and the programmong feature.
The Breville Air Fryer Pro stands out among all the other air fryers. It is high quality, well made, good selection of programs for different food items, and good capacity. You can actually cook a 14-lb turkey in this oven, but we haven't tried it yet.
We have tried a few other features and the food came out really good, in terms of temperature and color.
We have been really happy with this model - the Air Fryer Pro.

No other one will do.
I would not buy any other counter top oven than a Breville. My last one lasted over ten years so my only choice was to replace it with a twin. We just bought a new 36" range but each time I want to bake or roast or air fry, we go to the Breville. It's a brilliant machine.

Just what this cook needed
I wasn't sure I needed another oven, but oh do I use it! So handy on the countertop for heat-up meals. Does a great job with roasted veggies esp sweet potatoes. Worked great for single serve pizzas (made with a tortilla wrap crust.) Love that it shuts off automatically when finished. I bought a slider mat (that's also heat protective) so it's easy to slide back in the corner when not in use. A cook must have designed this!

Toaster Oven of the Pantheonic Gods. Even Hestia would approve!
This is the 2nd unit of this type model, and the 5th Breville toaster oven we have purchased. That said, this is the best damned toaster oven on the market. We have used, and continue to use, these types of small ovens multiple times per day and almost never use the built-in standard house oven anymore. We like this size model the best. Large enough to very properly cook a medium pizza on a round pizza stone (measure first). One can also cook different foods on the different rack levels, all at the same time. Controls are versatile enough to cook just about anything, however one wants to do it, sophisticated fancy or just heating something up quickly so we can get going. It is a VERY consistent performer.

Love it!
Bought it before Thanksgiving so I would have an extra oven. I baked pies and then warmed my ham while the side dishes were in my regular oven. It’s great for pizza! Heats up faster than a regular oven and bakes very evenly.

Best purchase ever!
I have had mine for four months now and still in love with it! I have only ised my regular oven once but this does everything! It would be the best gift for someone who cooks and bakes. Love that it proof’s my bread dough and just cooked a loaf in it yesterday. Will be buying more Breville in the near future 💕

Replaced my oven
I worked for William Sonoma at the time and purchased one of the first smart ovens when they were introduced to our store. This was back over 15 years ago I believe. Since that first day, I brought it home and placed it on my counter I have not Turned my oven on or used it at all. The only use my poor oven gets now is the burners. I introduced my daughter and she purchased one and it has been a godsend to her family of four. I love this smart oven and should something ever happen to it. I would purchase another. Cannot live without it!

Just love! Great air frying finally, and I even take it on longer RV trips.
I originally purchased to have an oven to use to offset high electric costs in the summer where I live, but found it to be something I use much more often than anticipated. I LOVE the air fryer feature!! I had a stand alone air fryer that I hated, and have since given to Good Will. I’ve baked cookies and biscuits, reheated pizza and pastry, roasted a whole turkey, and much more. So much that I really need to clean the interior. That might be my only gripe. Because it’s small, it’s not super easy to get into to clean, but all the accessories are very easy to clean, and I’ve had nothing that didn’t just wipe off with hot water, soap and a rag. I use it so much that I took it on our last RV trip. I don’t like using the convection microwave to cook or bake because it takes forever to preheat and cook, and heats up the RV significantly. This little oven sits conveniently on top of my cooktop (with the covers over the cooktop), and I just use the microwave above it to help vent. I easily baked chocolate chip cookies, toast, and my frozen buttermilk biscuits in it, and at over 6500 ft above sea level. I love the blue color as well. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this product. I’m considering eliminating both my toasters (home & RV). I’ve not tried every function yet; slow cook & bagel, but they’re not as important to me. I love the racks and pans as well. They all fit perfectly and clean up easily. I definitely recommend this SUPER oven, that’s smart enough for me!

I had heard for years about Breville ovens, but didn't buy into the hype. Boy was I wrong. It's not hyperbole - this toaster oven really does the job. It's an excellent air fryer, does frozen pizza like nothing else I've ever tried (I preheat my heavy steel pizza pan in the oven), the bagel setting is a godsend for buns and rolls for sandwiches and burgers. I make excellent beef jerky on the dehydrate setting. It does a good job with toasting bread and rolls, albeit a bit slower than most regular toasters (, but that's nothing to all of the other things it does so well. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. It's the best appliance in my kitchen.

Saved the day!
We used this oven yesterday for our turkey breast and it was so easy to use and the turkey came out great! My large turkey was bad so I had to go buy another one but it was smaller so I bought a 5lb turkey breast as well. I couldn’t use the kitchen oven because the whole turkey was in it so I used this Breville countertop oven and it really came out great. So glad I had it available.

It does absolutely everything
This is our second purchase of the same model (Air Fryer Pro). We bought our first one after our oven failed and we had to wait for parts. We use it almost nightly, because it does do any task from flatbread to Easter dinner.
We recently acquired a small vacation cabin and the first purchase we made was a Breville Air Fryer Pro. You can buy cheaper, but I don't think you could buy a better model.
