Quality range hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had the Broan 30-inch Under Cabinet Range Hood installed at my lake house. It looks wonderful! It replaced an old white hood, and this black Broan is much more attractive, and the design is more up-to-date. It was easy to install (especially with the 4 ducting options), and the mounting hardware was included. Like most range hoods, it is quiet on the slow speed and noisier on the high. This hood is easy to clean. I really like the dishwasher-safe filter and the LED light; the light is bright and completely lights up the cooktop. I have a Broan range hood at my main house; the brand is reputable and of high quality. I am very pleased with this product.

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't believe how easy the installation was. I was planning to hire someone to help me install this but would have cost me so much money. But it was so simple and I did it myself. It didn't take very long either.

Awesome product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with this range hood! It fit perfectly and was easy to install. I love that it is duct or ductless. It runs perfectly. The fan is so quiet. I absolutely love that it's black. The led light is a bit small but that's okay overall this is a amazing product

Nice oven fan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real nice over fan, made with high quality materials. Looks really good and matched my oven perfectly. Very simple to install. Light is very bright making everything highly visible on top of the oven. Fan is quite and very powerful pulls steam and odors right out of the kitchen.

Brian over the stove top fan and light ,is great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brian over the stove top fan and light ,in black is great. It has 4 speeds. The light over the stove is so helpful after not having one for so long. The sleek design can really fit in with whatever your style is because it's so inconspicuous. I really like it and would recommend it. It did come in other colors.

Instruction for wiring is not accurate and missing
The manual is very inaccurate for wire installation. I have BXT 1 series convertible range hood 30”. There is 2 thin wires and a white thick, 2 black wires , a red wire but no green wire. The instructions shows 2 black wires together. Then 2 white wires together. A cooper wire which is the ground wire. There is no green wire either. There is a large white wire, but where does it attach to?

Nice, but don't buy unless you want to rework it
Just installed it. Looks great NOW but...the holes for mounting are in an incorrect position for 95% of the kitchen cabinets (3/4" thick ones). You will need at least a 15" length of 2X2 trim to 1 1/4" to accommodate the depth of the overhang. Then you will have to drill a new set of holes because the old holes will be right between the new pieces of wood you just mounted! So a table saw, and drill with bits are a must or forget about it.
