Very stylish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a stylish vent hood.
Easy to install using the provided instructions.
It has a two-speed fan which helps with low or high cooking and how much your kitchen needs to be vented.
I like that it's externally vented so it offers a powerful performance and we'll work on anything you're cooking with.
It has an aluminum mesh filter which is removable and super easy to clean I've even put it in the dishwasher.
The stainless steel hood is very easy to wash clean and keep shiny.
Our installation required no new modifications.
Oh and the fan is actually pretty quiet!!

I think the fact that it covers a bigger area and a max blower helps. I like the transitional design that complements most styles. It was easy to install and I love the additional lighting.

Quality range hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had the Broan 30-inch Under Cabinet Range Hood installed at my lake house. It looks wonderful! It replaced an old white hood, and this black Broan is much more attractive, and the design is more up-to-date. It was easy to install (especially with the 4 ducting options), and the mounting hardware was included. Like most range hoods, it is quiet on the slow speed and noisier on the high. This hood is easy to clean. I really like the dishwasher-safe filter and the LED light; the light is bright and completely lights up the cooktop. I have a Broan range hood at my main house; the brand is reputable and of high quality. I am very pleased with this product.

Great features!

Nice oven fan

Light is very bright making everything highly visible on top of the oven. Fan is quite and very powerful pulls steam and odors right out of the kitchen.

Stove Vent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Broan- BXT 130SS is beautifully designed and made my kitchen look so very fancy. The hood was not what I expected. A lot lighter material used than I thought it would be. Installation wasn't that difficult. Had it up in a hour. My husband and I don't like rush doing things like this, especially hanging anything. I really hope it lasts a longer than last one I had. I believe it will.

The light over the stove is so helpful after not having one for so long. The sleek design can really fit in with whatever your style is because it's so inconspicuous. Nice new and updated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product to replace the same thing I bought 14 years ago. I was updating my kitchen and needed a new hood over my stove top. I was very happy with the old one and now with the new one being led and a quieter fan hopefully I'll be able to use it for another 15 years. The quality the stability is second to none this is a great product and I strongly recommend it for people who are putting in a hood with no vent.

What I’m not too happy with is it’s very flimsy. You almost feel like it’s going to get a mark in the panels when your installing. Seems to be made very cheaply

Nice looking

It also has the feature that you can circulate it exhaust inside or connect it to an outside exhaust. Brian is a good trusted name in fans. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a little more com.

Just installed. Not happy
I bought this model to replace the Model QS130WW that I have had for 10 years. I installed the new one today. The light works but nothing happens when I try to turn on the fan. The overall quality of the BXT130WW is nothing like the old one.

Nice, but don't buy unless you want to rework it
Just installed it. Looks great NOW but...the holes for mounting are in an incorrect position for 95% of the kitchen cabinets (3/4" thick ones). You will need at least a 15" length of 2X2 trim to 1 1/4" to accommodate the depth of the overhang. Then you will have to drill a new set of holes because the old holes will be right between the new pieces of wood you just mounted! So a table saw, and drill with bits are a must or forget about it.
