Does what it's supposed to do.
Works fine & is much quieter than my old one. However, there are only two settings - low & high. There is nothing in between, which would be a plus.

A perfect choice!
I changed out my old vent hood to stainless steel to match my stove. This new hood works great and the fan is so quiet I barely know it is on. Plus the price was very affordable. I love it!

Easy installation for elderly people. Ours was a replacement.
Very happy with new hood, looks just like the old one & operates the same. very easy to remove old one & install the new one. Only problem we had was we had our electrician here to install it & when we took it our of the box, there was a dent in it. The box had no dents, or marks on it, & the dent was where the packing would have not allowed it to get dented where it was. It should have been seen at the factory when it went through QC inspection. So we had to return it to the store & get a new one. We were lucky our electrician was nice & didn't charge us. However he couldn't get back to install it. So my Husband & I removed the old one & installed the new one. It was actually easy, which was nice, because we are both elderly & that makes some things harder for us. Very happy all worked out.

Works as expected. Fills my need.
Replaced my 50-year-old fan with this neat looking, inexpensive Broan model. Very easy to install, the light is in the perfect place for my kitchen, and the fan, although not quiet, is quieter than the old one. It does the job fine.

Quick and easy installation......reliable and good value.
We purchased this hood as a replacement for the same model that was 25 years old and still working, but which had aging paint issues and was hard to keep clean because the paint surface was degrading.
The replacement hood was an exact replacement for the original, was easy to install, works well, and looks new and spiffy. It was also a good price and came fast.

Excellent and economical!

Good Value
A non-ducted hood is never going to be as good as a ducted hood, but this one comes close. It does a decent job and removing the smoke and odor. I cannot speak to ease of access as I had it installed by an electrician since they had to install the wiring anyway.

It is a two person installation, which I guess would be the norm for a product such as this. Looks great, is sleek and clean looking and looks fantastic in my kitchen, see attached photos.

Excellent for the Normal Home and regular Kitchen use.
This vent hood works well in a regular home kitchen for basic cooks and normal day to day kitchen uses. I would go to the next level up with Broan if you have a large Kitchen or are a Home Foodie. If you cook a lot and always trying new things then you will want the next step up.

Nifty Economical Range Hood
The range hood is very nice only thing that would make it better is to have a better cover for the light bulb. The opaque cover is too visible. This cheapens the look of the unit.
