This hood was a good choice when the microwave could not be installed because the screws could not attach to the microwave. This was a last minute and has worked out great. The stainless steel matches the appliances perfectly.

Baked enamel finish is excellent and easy to maintain.
The hood size is generous and efficiently removes cooking odors and smoke. The exhaust fan and hood light work very well, and the filter is accessible and easy to clean. The enamel finish is not only attractive in the bisque color, but very easy to clean and maintain. When the need arises, I will be a return customer.

this product looks elegant, it is easy to install works well for the price paid the only thing i don't like is on HI Fan it is too noisy that the only thing i don't like of this product.

Good one
Our 423004( is a good quality workhorse. The multi level exhaust is versatile and works well. Fan low speeds are very quiet. We use the lower speeds for normal cooking and simmering. For roasting, broiling, searing, frying, and baking foods that smoke or give off odors, the higher speeds work well. The boost feature is great for smokey events that demand serious effort.... no need to worry about setting off a smoke alarm. Multiple light brightness levels are useful. The lights are appropriately very bright for cooking and appropriately low or very low, at our option, at other times. The automatic nightlight function is a useful feature. The 423004 is an easy to use, good quality, and highley functional product. The minimalistic styling is appealing and looks good in our traditional, open concept kitchen- dinning- family living space. The brushed stainless steel finish is acceptable but not quite as nice as we would prefer. The hood and filter screens are easy to clean. After more than 9 months of daily use, we are very pleased with our purchase.

This product is efficient and very quiet.
It was very easy to install. It works very well in removing odors and steam produced by the stove. It is very quiet so you do not have to yell to be heard above the sound of it.

Pure junk!
Pure junk! The metal is super thin. Bends very easily. Installing it into a 30" space my old range hood came out of was enough pressure to pop all the spot welds on one side. All we did was push it up into the cavity and hold it there while we put the four screws in to secure the range hood. After we installed it I noticed the two spot welds (one on each corner) that hold the front lip in place had broken. Then as I was trying to see if there were enough metal overlap to pop rivet it on place I notice that ALL the spot welds on the left side were popped loose. Also they are so cheaply built that the fan motor does not sit up in the cavity far enough so since a flat filter would hit the fan they just pressed the filter down creating a shallow bowl shape to clear the fan blades. I am 67 and the guy helping me was 69 so I am not going to take it down and take it back and wait another two weeks for another one to arrive only to have to possibly go through this again.
