Easy to install with efficient and quiet filtering

The light in the unit provides more than enough lighting without the need of turning on the kitchen light. I highly recommend.

Awesome!

Fancy kitchen upgrade & has a look that says “yeah

It was the perfect time as I just moved to a new home and was able to have this Broan range hood installed & it went perfectly with my appliances. I like this hood much more than the previous one as it’s more sleek, modern & cleaner looking. It makes my stove top feel more roomy & opens it up for my space. The lights perfectly brighten up my stove top making cooking easier & the vent it not overly loud or obnoxious like all vents I’ve had before. The lights on the buttons look really good & adds more elegance to the hood. I would say my favorite thing about it is the sleek design, it adds a special fancy touch to the kitchen & when my kitchen is finished it’s going to look even better!

Look no further!!

It helps during my cooking and it also assist with lighting while making my meals. Very durable and was easy to install. The directions were easy to understand. The noise level is minimal during use. I highly reccomend this item to anyone in the market for a range to make cooking in your kitchen comfortable by enhancing your ventilation. The stainless steel design is a great enhancement.

With 350 MAX blower CFM, it does an amazing job pulling out smoke, steam, and lingering food smells. Quiet operation but installation was more complex
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this under-cabinet range hood about three months ago to replace our old builder-grade model that sounded like a jet engine, and the difference in noise level is really noticeable. At the lowest speed it’s practically silent, and even on high it’s much quieter than our previous hood - definitely lives up to the refrigerator comparison they make. The 350 CFM airflow does a good job clearing smoke and cooking odors, noticeably better than what we had before. The LED lighting is bright and even, makes a big difference for cooking visibility. However, the “one person installation” claim is a bit misleading - while the EZ1 brackets help, I still needed my neighbor to hold the hood in place while I secured it to the cabinet, especially since our cabinets are a bit deeper than standard. The tap-touch controls work well once you get used to them, though they can be accidentally activated when wiping down the surface. The dishwasher-safe filters are convenient for cleaning, though they need to be washed more frequently than I expected with regular cooking. One issue I’ve noticed is that the stainless steel finish shows fingerprints and water spots easily, requires frequent wiping to look clean. The convertible venting options are nice if you need flexibility, though we went with standard top venting. For the price point it’s a solid upgrade that performs well, just budget extra time for installation and plan on having a helper despite what the marketing suggests

Perfect timing

Sleek and Quiet with Just a Few Minor Flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently installed the Stainless Steel Range Hood, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The stainless steel finish looks high end and fits perfectly with my kitchen’s modern design. It’s surprisingly quiet even on higher settings, and it does a great job pulling out steam and cooking odors. Especially when I’m boiling or frying.
Installation was fairly straightforward, though the instructions could’ve been a little clearer in a few spots. The LED lights are bright and efficient, but I do wish they had a slightly warmer tone.
All in all, this is a solid 4 star product. Stylish, quiet, and powerful, with just minor room for improvement. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone upgrading their kitchen.

Solid yet affordable range hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Broan range hood is a good yet affordable choice for those who cook often. Installation was straightforward and easy. It is a good choice for handy people. You have the choice of installing it to vent the air out of the house or just have it to circulate through the filters only.
It did a good job keeping the kitchen odors away while cooking including fried foods. Minus one star because the highest fan setting is very loud. I also didn’t like the look of the warm yellow lighting of the bulbs. That should have been a bright white instead. Other than that, it is a solid range hood that looks sleek.

It does the job.
This replaced another hood from the same company that conked out after about six years. Hope this one lasts longer. It looks well made & has some good features, including LED lights & a button to delay shutoff for 5 minutes.But I wish it had the clean-filters reminder that the old model had, and the new one is no quieter: It's advertised as being as quiet as a refrigerator, but that's only on the lowest setting. Medium is louder and high is quite loud. Still, I'd buy it again.

Looks nice, but not as functional as it should be
While the range hood looks sleek, shiny and modern, there are a couple of design flaws. Although we replaced an existing Braun range hood, this one is shorter. When cooking pasta or anything that releases steam, the vent is a few inches too back on the range hood to completely exhaust the steam and odors. In addition, the top of the range hood has a 5 inch recession that allows the steam and odor to vent back into the kitchen. Whether this was for aesthetic or design requirements, it doesn’t make sense. And lastly, the flange where the vent pipe connects to the range hood seemed to be slightly wider than the Braun range hood it replaced. Installation could have been simpler. My wife picked this out so I can’t complain, but I would not recommend it if your existing range hood is more than 30 inches in length.
