Improve your cooking area!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing. I had to take out an over the range microwave to install it so excuse the surroundings. The lighting difference is amazing even on the low setting. The fan will pull any fumes away and watch out on the highest setting. It sounds like it's going to take off. I can't wait to put it to the test.

Pretty blue

Ventilation is excellent

Stylish and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Broan stainless steel range hood from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Overall, I’m really pleased with it. The design is sleek and modern, and it instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen. The stainless steel finish is easy to wipe clean and looks great with other appliances.
Performance-wise, it does a solid job removing smoke and cooking odors. The fan has multiple settings, and even on the higher ones, the noise level is reasonable. The lighting is bright and actually useful when cooking—definitely brighter than the hood I had before. Installation was pretty straightforward as well.
The one thing I noticed is that the suction isn’t extremely powerful, but for everyday cooking, it works just fine. It’s not a heavy-duty professional hood, but it gets the job done and looks beautiful doing it.
Overall, this is a great, affordable range hood that performs well and adds a clean, upgraded look to the kitchen.

Looks Great, Works Better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range hood is amazing. Me and my fiancé bought a house last year, without a range hood, and installed this ourselves. It was really easy to do and works absolutely amazing. It looks so sleek and aesthetically pleasing. It has several different fan function (light, medium, strong), two different light settings, and my personal favorite an auto setting which is exactly what it sounds like- it will automatically turn on and set itself to whatever is needed. We don’t have any exhaust venting leading outside so we are using charcoal filters which we’re pretty easy to find based on the manual. Overall I’m really impressed and would recommend this to everyone! Looks amazing, works even better, 10/10.

Gorgeous!

The build is high quality and does a great job and ventilating the area. The design is beautiful and functionally. It’s very easy to use and matches well with my stovetop!

This has saved my cabinets!

Easy to install, user, efficient and gorgeous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond thrilled with this Broan range hood! We have a cottage ‘up north’ as they say here in Wisconsin that we are renovating but by bit. And because it is ‘up north’ we have to do a lot ourselves and sometimes ‘parts’ don’t show up when they are supposed to, hence mounting the hood on brackets because the new cabinets are somewhere on a boat. In any case this will work until the cabinets arrive.
It came securely packed in styrofoam in a box with easy to follow directions. DH was thrilled with how heavy a gauge the stainless steel housing was fabricated from and the size of the two fans and motors. He was also happy about the 3 venting options: a round duct out the top, a flat duct out the top of filtering through a filter and venting the clean air through the top. Because our cabinets re not here yet, and I am anxious to use it we used the filter option, but will use the round duct option through our cabinet when it arrives. He made some measurements, drilled some holes and mounted the hood and plugged it in.
To show how well it works I boiled some water, and both used the automatic on function and manual function. The auto function is automatic- the fan turns itself on when it senses a change in temperature- and it really does! Multiple fan speed levels suck that steam right up! And there are several light levels.
I was surprised with how quiet it was considering I had it cranked and those brackets are not super sturdy. There no vibration at all.
We did not utilize (and won’t because this cottage is def not energy efficient) but you can override some of the settings to ensure that you are sucking out more air than energy codes permit)
I fried some fish later that evening and the optional charcoal filters did an impressive job of grabbing and holding those nasty fish odors.
I can hardly wait for my cabinets and the permanent installation.

Quiet fan

Massive upgrade to my kitchen!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t needed to buy a hood vent in a long time and man have things changed! Installation was a breeze! I had to move my wiring through the wall a bit but it wasn’t the fault of the new unit. The automatic function is awesome! It can get a bit loud on high due to the dual fans. But it moves some air! I turned it on an opened a window and it created a breeze! The other modes are relatively quiet. I cannot say enough good things!

Nice design with idea controls for minimal fingerp

Big fan of the ability to activate the buttons without having to fully touch them so helps avoid the common issue of fingerprints on your stainless products. The 2 phase light is idea for folks that also tend to leave the over stove light on as a kitchen soft lighting. The exhaust fan draw is very nice. Was nice to have multiple ways to mount the unit as well. Nice design!

Good product for price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no issues installing this range hood in my kitchen. Noise is minimal, but enough to notice in background and I turn off immediately when done using. It does a great job getting steam and smoke out of area when cooking.

Powerful and quiet range hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has changed the cooking game! No more smell! Excellent suction power and also super quiet comparing to my old one. Very sleek and clean design. Love that it senses and adjust the suction power to the way I cook. Installation was super easy for me because I had an existing hood. But it’s pretty easy to install. But i do suggest them to redo the drawings for the installation. It is quite difficult to understand the measurement and it is very confusing. I had my brother in law look at the instruction and even for a mechanical engineer he was like this will not fly with his machinist. So I recommend someone at Broan needs to go over the diagram and make it easier to read. Especially in the measurements and diagram does not make sense at all.
