The Brother laser printer is the way to go
We have been through three inkjet printers in less than 4 years and the document feeder broke on all three. We finally got smart and went to a laser printer and bought the Brother printer. It is working great and hasn’t jammed once yet.

Perfect for my home office
Purchased this Brother device a few months ago after my work horse of an HP died- after 12 years of use. I am very pleased with this printer/scanner/copier and am glad I bought it. It seems to be a solid unit and I require reliability and functionality with ease of use as I am not a tech whiz although not a dummy either. It is quiet and fast. If it will last 12 years, I will be over the moon with happiness. I noticed some of the people I work with also have this unit in their home offices. I would definitely recommend.

Good printer has a few flaws
This is my fist laser printer, i only had ink jet before and got tired of the ink smearing when I would highlight something for school. I like the printer just wish it had another paper tray, and that it could handle thicker paper better like card stock as I use legal size card stock for my patterns to add the stiffness they need for leatherworking.
Overall I am very happy with the printer and with the Brother brand all together I had an HP that kept jamming on me so it got the office space treatment.

past the date of manufacture warranty but put a ban on off brand ink in an update to my printer. its my printer, i bought it, its no longer covered by you, you have no skin the game. send me the way to remove your update so i can use my printer with any ink i want to.

Big Fan of Brother Printers
Really like this MPC-3720CDW color laser printer. Easy to set up and connect to my home network. Like that i can print from my phone. Have printed several hundred pages so far front and back and am very pleased with the printouts. Not terribly fast but suitable for what i need to do.
Love my 3-year old Brother B&W laser printer, too!

Works As Expected
Replaced a 10+ year old Epson 545, which started throwing cartridge errors even with new genuine Epson cartridges (which are now pretty pricey). Pleased to see that color laser printers are now cost competitive with ink jets.
Have owned for about 3 months, have had zero issues with the Brother. The unit and software set-up and installed exactly according to instructions. All functions (except analog FAX, of course) work over WiFi with laptop, tablet and smartphone. It provides all the functions I want with very good print quality at a fair price.

Longest lasting!
We went with Brother because our decades old laser printer finally wore out its bushings. Our Brother LH-21 has outlasted so many printers already. That is the sole reason we went with a color laser MFC-L3720CDW. Another plus it has excellent paper handling capabilities!

Good Printer for small office
It is a decent small printer for a small office. Not as fast as some but we don't need to print tons of paper. I like the scanning settings for different individual folders.

Small Office Powerhouse!
This new Brother wireless printer replaced an older HP Office printer. I am so happy for the change and increase in performance. First, just the build, style and feel of it, you can tell it's made well compared to competitors at this price point. It fast and reliable. Responsive to tasks such as coping! Scanning has been a breeze. Set up was easy. Brothers software and updates have been quick on point. I use this printer just about everyday since purchase! This printer is like the perfect employee hire with no drama! Brother is now my brand of choice for my small office! Been saving on ink as well!
I really researched, went to office suppliers and 'kicked the tires' if you will on printers. Amazing how many competitor printers felt flimsy, had thin cheap plastic, or were known ink hogs to make money on the back end of the sale. Brother for me has been a welcome addition. I highly recommend!

Perfect for our use
Since the kids are gone and grandkids are in Florida, we use a printer very rarely. Our HP printer ink dried out from lack of use and we were buying new cartridges way too often. My local computer guy suggested this Brother printer as it uses dry toner. Won't dry out between uses. So far so good. Easy set-up.

Brother Color Multifunction Printer

Great machine!
Replaced an old HP laser printer with this, and have to say it’s a tremendous upgrade. AirPrints easily, quickly and accurately. I use it for business and for printing photographs I use for references for my art. This printer has performed flawlessly. Maintains a consistent connection with all of my devices. Only thing I struggled with is its weight. This thing is heavy! Make sure you have the right furniture to support its weight. Great purchase!

Great Color Laser all-in-one
It is a great all-in-one color laser. It works great with windows and is easy to set up on your wireless network. Even on wireless it is fast in all functions. It is the best for scanning from remote setup, I have always had a problem with this in Windows 11, but with it, it is great.
