Our new microwave was installed jut a few days ago and since I'm awaiting a new range/oven, this beautiful machine is all I have to cook with and....it's dreamy. The microwave function is absolutely wonderful, the convection oven works beautifully, and the air fryer function is still untried, but I have no reason to believe it won't be every bit as useful and effective as the rest of this appliance.

Talk about usefulness, it’s so handy with the different setting options. I have just begun to use all of them. What a convenience to have an extra convection oven plus air fry! Unbelievable but true. I wasn't planning to replace my old one but it was stainless and didn't look right with my new white Cafe appliances. I didn't realize what I was missing until I got this one hooked up and working. The controls are simple to figure out and the convection and baking capabilites will come in super handy this summer when I don't want to fire up the oven. Great microwave!

Once we plugged in the microwave, we tried all the cool settings, ventilation fan, and light and all worked with no issues. The capacity was a little smaller than my previous KitchenAid (2.0) but the Cafe is still large enough for my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall, it's fantastic! This is a stunning piece, truly. That little bit of copper, on the handle --- I needed, to tie it in with copper throughout my kitchen. It's easy to clean (though I've not used the self-cleaning function) and generally to operate. I love that it can air fry as well as cook in a non-microwave fashion, and the large capacity size and other trays that can go it in (be careful so you know which works under which setting) provide a lot of flexiblity. So far, the only down side, is that the manual may be online, but it doesn't come with the machine, which makes operation a bit tricky.
