Like the 20 year old range, only better
We bought this range to replace our 20 year old GE Profile duel fuel range. I loved that stove, but it was clear it was nearing the end. We surveyed what was available, but kept coming back to the duel fuel. I love it! Possibly more than the previous version. The volcano burner is much improved—does an excellent job of searing food consistently across the pan. No more dead spots in the center. The oven roasts to perfection—even with multiple items cooking at the same time. The stainless top is a breeze to clean. And the controls are easy and intuitive. And I love the griddle/grill burners in the center. Very useful for Sunday pancakes and the times when I have more cooking going on, such as holidays when meals are a bit more elaborate. And it is beautiful. What more could I ask unless you were to send me a private chef to do the cooking for me?

Great dual stove
The pros-6 burner gas top burners-great. The dual electric oven configuration is convenient. It certainly heats up quickly, the heat in the ovens is even from front to rear. The lower oven dual purpose rack is challenging to figure out, but once you do, it's convenient to use. And my wife to very happy with this purchase.
The cons-before you buy, check the location of your gas line. Our line was 3 inches from the wall. That mean the installer couldn't push the unit back to th wall. It took our plumber to fix the issue.

Beautiful Range
Just installed, but so far amazing. Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Burners heat quickly and boil quickly. Still adjusting to time and temp.of the oven, but no issues so far.

Quality Duel Fuel range. We are loving it!
I have had this duel fuel Cafe range for approximately 1 month. Switched from an electric stove. I have used many of the oven modes and also utilize the app. I didn't think I would use the app and wasn't initially interested in the bells and whistles of the various options but I now use them far more than expected. The app on the phone is very convenient. The steam cleaning option is new to me and I used it once when I had oil drip on the oven pan. I was able to successfully clean the baked on stain with the steam alone. I like the proof mode for bread since it keeps a consistent temperature. We use the warming tray for bread, tortillas, taco shells, etc. The stove feels like a professional stove without the cost. Solid iron grates, robust knobs. I've not checked the temperature with a probe but haven't had any issues while using the oven. We've had no issues with it and enjoy using it! It also looks very nice in the kitchen.

Great oven!
I really like this oven. I do use all six burners. They work great with a large 17 inch skillet. The oven is large and the air fryer works great. I highly recommend this oven.

Great features and wonderful design!
I’m really impressed by the design. The area around the burners is easy to clean. The gas burners have many settings making it easy to cook. The oven works well and maintains accurate temperature and has a probe to make baking and roasting even easier.

Fantastic Product
Fantastic product. Gas top and electric oven is perfect for my needs. Versatile convection and regular oven options are perfect. Gas burner designs are phenom. I can boil a pot of pasta water in 3 minutes. It took 20 minutes on the old stove. Haven't used griddle or warming drawer yet. Quality is exceptional. The only downside was getting the 9 trillion legal notices and stickers off the thing. Cafe.... shoot your lawyers and hire some more creative engineers.

Great product and I like all the features. The only caveat is the touch screen on the front. When we go very near, it accidentally touches the screen and something or the other is on and have to cancel.

Great range
Replaced a 6 year old Profile dual fuel. Burners have much higher BTU, which is great. Enjoy having the 2 center burners rather than the 1 long one. The convection oven runs very quiet compared to the prior. Also enjoy being able to communicate throw my phone to pre heat and set times.

Love the look of the range but more importantly love the way it works. The knobs for the gas cooktop feel substantial and respond well to even the smallest adjustment. the layout of the 6 burners is perfect and allows for good fit of many skillets/pots on them at the same time. I purchased this cafe range to replace a 9 year old dual fuel GE profile range. The electric oven in the new cafe is SOOO much better. It is very accurate which as someone who bakes a LOT is great. The air fryer is great -- am having fun using it, and it's a healthier alternative to deep frying in oil for sure!
The control panel and very intuitive and user friendly. Although I've had the range for less than a month, I'm very happy with the choice and highly recommend it!
