Great machine
We've only owned our Cafe espresso machine for a couple weeks, but so far, we are loving it. The first couple days we had to tweak a few things (grind of coffee, technique for creating milk foam, etc), but since the initially learning curve, it's been great. The machine itself is impressive looking. Our only issue is that the wording on the buttons is already wearing off and the chrome grate, that you set your coffee on, scratches very easily. Neither are deal breakers.

Beautiful machine!
We sought to purchase a regular coffee maker as we did not want the “pod” machines available.
We like to drink regular coffee and have found the perfect balance to make the right cup. We know it’s an expresso machine but we just grind premium coffee beans.

A Must Have For Coffee Connoisseurs
Received as a Christmas present. Easy to use and easy to clean. When it was first turned on it made a very loud noise, so loud it scared the toddlers in the house. But after that first start up it never made that noise again thus far. It makes a perfect espresso or cappuccino. I love it!!

Great coffee machine
Love the machine. Is well made if you keep up with the maintenance it will last forever. The only thing I can say is that the black letters on the buttons need improvement since they will peel off really fast. Especially if you are a daily coffee drinker.

Easy to use, attractive, great gift idea!
My daughter received this same espresso machine for Christmas a few years ago and I got to try it out when I visited her. When my own small espresso maker gave up the fight recently, I knew which one I wanted based on my experience with her Bellissimo. Easy to use, versatile filter options, grinder is very efficient, and an attractive, expensive look at a lower price point than expected. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and have quickly learned how to adjust grinds and how to gauge proper ratio for the portafilter. Every bean is different so, there is always some experimentation to be performed with new coffee. This is a great option for a next step-up if you are coming from a basic maker and are looking to spend a bit more. Keep an eye out for sales and extra savings with your credit card offers it is SO with the price!

Fabulous Machine!
I love this product! Coffee is excellent and the steamer with the hot water option is amazing for many reasons. Tea, hot chocolate coffee etc. at your fingertips and. Frame beans for all. I admit parts of the device are plastic and that was disappointing but they blend week and the high end steamer etc make up for the same! I would buy this five times over!

I love it!
I absolutely love my espresso machine!! It took me a few tries to get the perfect grind size and milk froth but it is great. Tamping and frothing are not automatic so you do have to understand a bit about the espresso making process and how to froth milk but I love being able to do it myself because I can create it exactly how I like it and manually modify it. My mom has a Breville espresso machine that froths milk automatically and has the ability to customize temperature and foam amount but I have found that, when I use this machine, the milk isn’t as creamy as I would like for it to be. Fortunately, I can manually froth milk with my Cafe espresso machine so I can customize it exactly how I want it.
At first, I had to play around with the grind size to make sure that the portafilter didn’t overflow and that the grounds were large enough for water to flow through without puddles remaining in the top but it was not difficult. I have a good understanding of espresso machines from working at a coffee shop but reading the manual really helped me understand it even better (so definitely read the manual for tips and tricks on grinding beans and frothing milk).
It does offer the ability to connect with your phone via WiFi to create a customizable drink but I have not yet explored this feature so I don’t have much information to share regarding that.
Overall, this espresso machine has been wonderful. Plus, it is the most aesthetically pleasing machine I have found and makes a great addition to my kitchen!
