Great beginner machine
Overall I'm super happy with my machine. Makes beautiful espresso and is very easy to use. I'm a super beginner in the espresso hoddy, and for me the built-in grinder is completely sufficient. Can definitely notice that you don't have infinite options for dialing in - but I wouldn't expect that to begin with. That would be a reason to buy a dedicated grinder - but for a first espresso machine and to just figure everything out I couldn't be happier.

The espresso maker was boxed very well with no issues. Quick start guide was written well and very informative. Using the default settings with a grind of 8 produced a slightly fast shot, but adjusting the grind, dosage, and tamping pressure resulted in a very good shot. Frothing using the steam wand produced very fine bubbles with a near professional foam. The bulk of the negative reviews seem to come from not fully reading the manual or the process. This machine is a very affordable entry into making espresso from home and should either do it for most people or may lead to a more powerful machine purchase later. So far, so good!

This machine strikes a balance between sophistication and functionality, making it a joy to use daily.
One caution, however, is with the fine grind setting. While the machine does a great job grinding, I’ve noticed that using an ultra-fine grind over extended periods can cause buildup around the grinder gear, which can eventually impact performance. If you prefer a very fine grind, I recommend pre-ground beans instead of relying solely on the machine’s hopper setting. Regular cleaning every couple of weeks is essential if you do use fine grind settings frequently, so be prepared for a bit of extra maintenance to keep it running smoothly.
For experienced coffee enthusiasts, this machine truly shines. While some users may experience minor water leaks after changing the drip tray, this can easily be avoided by ensuring the machine is turned off first. Beautiful and convenient
It is a gorgeous machine, the steamer works well and the water tank is huge, which is different from previous machines I have had. This means you dong have to refill the water too often depending on how much you use it, of course.
