Love it!
Got this grill as a gift 3-4 years ago. A very nice upgrade from our previous 3 burner model.
Keeps a nice even temperature when cooking and is a joy to use.
It sits out on our lanai rain or shine uncovered so a part rusting here or there is expected and anticipated. No big deal. Ordering parts is quick and easy and putting them on is simple.
All in all for the price, this is a great grill!

Regret or not is the question!
Very curious about how barbecue situation will come out, great or a disaster, since perfection is key for a great meal, not in this case, just a hungry belly asking for a fine piece of meat, no college degree to assemble, after 3 times using it, I was nominated to be the "barbecue guy" no golden buzzer required... Two things on this one, am I really good or they don't want to have the work... Anyway I am very happy.

I am happy with the heating power and the easy electronic ignition.

I have just bought my third Char-Broil grill in 15 years and I am well pleased with the quality of the equipment, the service and technical support, and the value for my money. It,s not the most expensive grill on the market, but it is well made and holds up well if you take care of it. My Char-Broil grill allows me to produce a range of grilled meats and vegetables for my family and friends.

Great Gas Grill
I bought this specifically to replace a 3-burner Thermos gas grill. This Charbroil was an immediate upgrade and better heat dissipation without the need for any grill sheets or other items to help cook anything I threw at it. The only drawback is cleaning the grill. Quick efficient cooking is what I was looking for and I have it now.

Great value. Inexpensive grill. Nice grilling surface. Burner control is great. Easy to put together. I grill year round and prefer an inexpensive grill with the expectation of replacing it after 5years. Very happy with this purchase.

Below Average Grill for price
This was my first experience with this 5 burner, The quality of the burners were below average, The first time used only three of the five burners worked. At closer inspection two of the five
Burners had rust issues. Please Note: I received as a gift. It’s been two year and I have replaced the burners and the flavor bars 6 times, due to rust issues. It has been cover from day one.

Dumb design
Had for a few years should have returned right away. Burner is across the front on grill. Burns your arms when cooking. Hard to flip burgers while reaching over the main burner. Wish I would have returned it after noticing but .. next grill will NOT be a char broil if design is the same .

Waste of money
I bought this yesterday for a Christmas present and assembled it today. All 3 grates move freely the lid is no where near flush with the sides. The whole firebox is off.
