bought at a really good price, so purchased another one for my second home. first one took
me 2.5 hours to assemble. primarily operator error. instructions were easy enough to follow, a bit confusing in 2 spots. missed a piece and had to take apart, which was easy enough. then i put the top on
backwards and had to take that back apart. got to the end and realized the screw packet followed steps- doesn’t necessarily matter, but helped me know where i was at when assembling the 2nd grill. 2nd grill still took me 2 hours! couldn’t get the handle on. don’t think it was tapped correctly as screws won’t screw into it. hopefully company will send a new handle. haven’t grilled on either one yet.

I love it!! It heats up much faster than my old one, which had a higher btu rating. I also love how simple they made it to keep clean. The drip pan that funnels to the cup that catches it is sweet!!
