Brand new
All parts and instructions necessary to assemble were there except the tank retainer wire is missing. I am contacting Char-Broil as soon as I finish review to get the part. I'm looking forward to using the new grill.

Great design
I've had this grill a couple of months and have grilled more than I did the last two years on my old Kenmore. It's so easy to use and maintains the proper temperature. The design makes clean-up easy as well. Today I removed the grease catcher and the removable bottom of the firebox for cleaning. A quick hose-down with a jet nozzle and they are nice and clean and ready for the next grilling. I also like having four wheels instead of two because that makes it easier to roll into its designated storage spot next to my patio wall.

Good grill But exterior began rusting after 2 mon
This grill functions well. However, within 2 months, the exterior began to rust. We are not near salt water.
I call Lowe's, and sent phots to Char Broil.
No satisfaction!

Should be recalled!
Only had one season, It has caught fire multiple times, the hood is shaped as to throw the flame at the cook. I have burn myself pretty good on it recently. A back draft effect when lis opened, it flashed in my face.

Missing pieces in box
Box arrived with no grill pieces. Luckily this was a replacement for a damaged unit and I was able to use the grill piece from that one. Quality control obviously sucks. I didn't even try and deal with the hassle of trying to return. Same thing happened to my co worker.

Junk!
complete piece of crap. Have owned three years and only used half a dozen times. This thing constantly flares up. Non‐adjustable regulator is garbage. I am surprised product has not been recalled from burning down a bunch of houses. Wont even cook chicken without flaring up.

Piece Of Junk
Died after 1 season. Regulator quit working. Repair part unavailable, grill has non-standard fitting so universal replacement part not an option
