pretty easy to assemble; solid materials, the cover (once adjusted) fits perfectly, cooks great, adjustable coal level very easy to work with and unit is easy to clean - for the price, it's stylish and does a great job with steaks, burgers, etc.

625 Charcoal Grill
Much bigger than I thought. Took about an hour to put together but worth it. Have grilled out every weekend since I got it and am not disappointed.

Nice little grill
Have 2 of these 600 series charcoal grills! I have owned them since 2010 and 2011 and they are both going strong! I do have a complaint though! I’m very specific about certain things, the charbroil grill covers that I have both need to be replaced! I called in and charbroil says they no longer manufacture thrm! To me that’s stupid, people still own and use the grill so we should always be able to purchase the charbroil cover for that particular model! Why it’s not like that is beyond me!

we have had this same grill for years. loved the price on this one. The top is not fitting tight like the old one did, We continue to try to fix it and hope we can.

Great charcoal grill
Easy assembly and really nice quality. I especially like the ash pan for easy clean up. Great grill to throw burgers, steaks or chops on.

Good Charcoal Grill
It's easy to put together, it took me 60 min (alone). I grilled now a few times. The results where all good. It's really helpful that the coal compartment is adjustable. After grilling, its easy to clean.

What a bargain!!
Bought this grill 7 years ago, we grill out year around here in Michigan. I've replaced the grates 3 times from excessive use and not always protecting them from the weather. Perfect, durable, simple charcoal grill; we love it. My sons purchased them after using mine.

It’s a grill!
It’s a fine grill but I can’t find a proper cover. Spent hours looking and ended up with some random cover that fits poorly but protects it. It looks so stupid. If charbroil wants to send me a proper one, I wouldn’t be mad about it.

Handle loose , wheels loose, rusted in some spots
The price you just could not beat it's still usable after all the years of sitting outside in the elements after removing all the rust good to cook another season

Not flawless - Wrangler 625
The grill came with no written instructions for assembly and/or care. But, I was able to download some instructions from your website. Three issues were encountered. The downloaded instructions referred to the nuts/bolts in sizes, for example, "1/2-20 flange nut" but the included hardware pack only referred to individual compartments of nuts/bolts labeled as "A,", "B", "C", etc. No correlation. Also, I had to drill-out two malaligned holes on the leg brace assembly. There were no lock washers included in the nuts/bolts pack as the downloaded instructions referred.

Paint is peeling on day one
I am not convinced this is going to last very long. The barrel lid was slightly dented when it came. I did not make a big deal about it because it does not matter. But by the time I assembled it, the paint has started to dent from two corners and the edges. I am going to by high heat enamel paint from Ace and touch it up. But the exposed metal means this is probably going to rust soon. I am not too happy about this.

I like it but..
My last grill was the 580 charcoal grill which has a 400 square inch cooking surface this grill is also 400 square inch yet is much smaller than my 580. The grates started to rust the day after assembly before i even cooked on it. Smoke leaks out the bottom of the stack and the shelves are clunky and warped. But for for the price i guess you cant expect much

Paint peeling during 1st use and rusting
I bought this for my dad for Father's day. I personally have purchased 2 Char-broilers for myself and they were great. That being said, the quality of their grill has gone down while they got more expensive. We followed the manual exactly for how to get it ready for 1st use. While we were grilling, the paint started to peel off. The very next day, I contacted Char-broilers and they have yet to get back with me after sending them the pictures they requested. The grill is now rusted after a total of two uses since Father's day and the paint continues to peel. When you live in Texas with high humidity and it's hot as the Sahara, it was expected to rust with no paint to protect it. This is really disappointing and extremely embarrassing that i gifted my dad this. If I need another grill soon, I'll just stick to another brand who's worth the money.
