Very good product - I would buy again
Really nice product. It looks good and operates well. I am a serious foodie. Grill constantly but moved to an apartment. Not as hot as a gas grill obviously but good enough to impress and feed your friends.

You're cooking with electric now...
These grills (yes, I bought two) came in quite handy for a company event. They did not disappoint. If you love those grill marks, and want that bbq taste, this will not disappoint. I cooked turkey and beef burgers on them, along with sausages. To be very honest, I would not cook turkey burgers on them again. The other burgers, and all of the sausages really impressed. I got the credit, but it really was all on the grills.

Love it.. wish it had ability to get to high temps
Although the thermostat on the grill indicates 550 as the highest possible heat, I have only been able to get it as hot as 425. For most of my grilling this is fine. I love this grill.

Not what I was hoping for...
This grill is compact and perfect size for a single meal. It was a little difficult to assemble due to the small size of the hardware and the tight spaces I was required to work in. I'm a very petite woman, so if I found the assembly tedious, I can't imagine a man's hands in those small spaces. The 550 degree high temp expected is impossible to achieve. You can heat the grill to 500 degrees, maybe, after 10 to 15 minutes. But as soon as you lift the cover, the temp drops to 200-250 and takes forever to reheat. The grate is hard to clean and it's near impossible to clean beneath the heating element.

Patio Bistro by Char-Broil
Purchased last spring in the Bay Plaza store. Opened the box the next day and found a large pice was broken when I was almost done putting it together. PC Richard & Son refused to take it back, citing COVID resitrictions. Dealing with Char-Broil customer service was a nightmare and I never got the part replaced. This is poorly made and PCR customer service is non-existent, so I cannot recommend this at all.
