Buy any soundbar risk-free! If you’re unsatisfied with it for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.

Purchase any soundbar at P.C. Richard & Son and if you are unsatisfied with it for any reason, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a full refund or an exchange for another soundbar, subject to the following conditions.

1. This offer is limited to the original purchaser.
2. You must have the receipt or packing slip.
3. The soundbar must be properly working and must not be damaged or scratched.
4. The soundbar and any brackets or other accessories must be returned to the store where purchased, in the original packaging, together with all manuals and brochures.
5. The cost of any installation will NOT be refunded.
6. Limit of a total of two (2) returns or exchanges per household.
7. For online purchases only, the cost of return shipping is included in this Guarantee.
