Sturdy, Functional, Beautiful Forever Pans
I decided to upgrade my 30 year old cookware with this beautiful Cruisinart set. Cooktops have changed a bit over the years, and I needed a set that was gas, electric and induction friendly.
I expect this set will last (the rest of) my lifetime (30+ years). They heat quickly and cook evenly. I can't imagine cookware without clear "check the contents" lids, so these fit that requirement.
Oven and dishwasher safe (although I typically handwash them anyway.)
Am very pleased with my purchase and consider these my Forever Pans.

So far, so good!
I have had this set for a couple of months now and all have been great so far. There is definitely a learning curve using stainless steel, as the pan heats up differently than nonstick and it’s important to let it fully heat before adding food to ensure no sticking. I love that these are dishwasher safe - makes cleanup so much easier.

Beautiful and efficient addition to the kitchen!
These are gorgeous and excellent pans! They heat water very quickly compared to my other stainless steel pans. They clean up very well and look like new. The only downside is that the handles on the lids and the short handles on the sides of the large pan get very hot and you need pot holders The long handles stay cool. We bought a second set for a friend who, at this stage in her life, needs to have quality cookware.

Pans and Customer Service Great!
We are loving these pans! One pan came with a slight defect. We contacted Customer service and they sent us a replacement without any hassle. They couldn't have been more helpful. If you are coming from other kinds of cookware, you might find keeping these pans shiny and beautiful really does require using Barkeepers Friend occasionally. We love the quality of these pans and will buy more Cuisinart products in the future.

I am an avid home chef. I'm very happy with my Cuisinart 13 piece professional series cookware purchase. I love the thick aluminum clad bottom which provides even cooking across the surface. The details, such as strainer lids in a few of the pots make cooking easier and possible to use less equipment. The mirrored finish of the pans makes clean up a breeze. The weight of the pans is nice and they are very stylish. I'm looking forward to many years of use.

So happy with this set.
I looked around for a bit before deciding on this set. I moved to stainless to get Teflon out of my life and I was a little nervous about a stainless set but learned the key is to heat the pan than heat your oil. Let it get REALLY hot. Low and slow is my new motto.
This set has a good variety of sizes and I love that the kids have drain holes.
