These knives are very sharp and will slice/dice through just about any food you throw at it. The forged construction gives them a sleek design to add style to any kitchen. Plus, with no rivets, you can expect these to stand the test of time. Sure, you can drop a lot more money on a much higher end set, but if your a budgeting lifestyle/middle-class worker as myself, this is a set that I highly recommend.

I added a small amount of oil for diced potatoes to brown them. But really need to try making some without it to see. So far I love them.

I've been learning how to cook and I am no longer worried about having my food burn. These pans are definitely worth the money. Since I don't have a dishwasher in my Apt. hand washing these pans are so easy no scratching. I've always loved cuisinart since I noticed that my parents used this product ever since I was a kid. Great quality and definitely a keeper. The customer service I felt was great any questions they went beyond there means to help me resolve my issue. Thank you so much! I will return to buy more. I am looking for a "Airfryer" I just don't know which one.
