This food processor is one of my most used kitchen appliances. I love using it to shred large blocks of cheese, making fresh pesto & hummus, and slicing vegetables. No more doubts!
Fast, easy, and a huge bowl. It's a win. I waited many years to replace my old workhorse processor attachment to a 1983 appliance. Now I feel dumb for waiting! It also actually stores on top of counter with all the parts inside so I don't have to move it around.

Love this new toy!
This is my second Cuisinart food processor and I love it just as much or more than the first one that I owned. The first one (10 cups), lasted 25 years and was still going strong except for a plastic piece that's part of the catch and lock mechanism broke off, after years of use and getting washed in the dishwasher, which made it difficult to operate. Having had so much trust on the Cuisinart name and my experience with a few other small Cuisinart appliances, I wouldn't have replaced the old one with any other brand. I am so happy with this new purchase. The motor runs smoothly. It chops the vegetable evenly and grinds nuts and grains quickly without pulverizing them. It takes only seconds to grate carrots or zucchinis. I love this new toy and am sure I will continue to enjoy it for many, many years.

Workhorse
This is a real work horse in my kitchen. We went plant base in January so I am cooking from scratch. It works effortlessly. The only negative I have is there were no instructions on how to make the machine run. First I tried website but nothing. Finally I found help on you tube. I didn’t know the term for the part but once I discovered it I was able to use unit successfully.

I don't expect to buy this again.
We received a Cuisinart food processor as a wedding gift...in 1977. It lasted until last month, and would have kept going except that it outlasted the supply of parts needed to repair it. So, we ordered this one. I do not expect to be able to testify about its comparative longevity, but the "new" way the blades and bowl attach is a huge improvement and allow it to store more compactly. It is sleeker and more modern-looking. Most important, it works. In the end, that is what is important.

Great, Time-saving, Well Designed Food Processor
Great food processor. We are happy about all aspects. One caveat. When we first tried to use ours, it would not start. I found a video on-line that explained how to reset the motor by using a ballpoint pen to suppress a small button on the top of the processor. It was very helpful. I would suggest that Cuisinart add a line item to the instruction manual about this.

Great! Better than any of Cusinart's newer models
I love this processor. It is well built machine with a strong motor, basic but does everything it does well. It replaced one of Cuisinarts newer, "fancier" models, only a few years old, made with flimsey plastic, a weak motor, and a "wide" feed tube that couldn't even fit a large baking potato. And even when locked in place, the top frequently lifted enough to stop the motor. The only good thing about it was an adjustable slicing disk. Otherwise is it was garbage.

Not Your Old Food Processor
This is not the Cuisinart I owned 40 years ago. It’s designed well and has built-in safety features. I bought it for one purpose but find it’s helpful for others. It’s a huge time-saver, and because it’s easy to clean, I don’t hesitate to use it for small tasks.

Highly recommend.
I asked for this as a replacement for a food processor I received in 1984. This one is a little larger. You couldn’t talk over my old one, this one is so much quieter! I have made 3 batches of pesto so far. So much faster and cleanup is much easier than my old processor I am anxious to try pizza dough!

A wonderful addition to our kitchen. So versatile with all of the blade and disc options from Cuisinart. Making my homemade Mac & Cheese used to take an hour to shred all the cheese by hand. My Cuisinart 14-cup Food Processor shredded all that cheese in just a few minutes. No sore hand or wrist, no cut knuckles from hand shredding. The power in this unit is so strong. It did not struggle at all with any of the cheese or frozen fruits. I even made a few batches of ice cream that turned out amazing and healthy.
