I can toast bagels now!
I,ve had a very trustworthy, though small toaster all of my life. The slots were narrow and I,d have to cut my bagels in 3 or 4 slices to fit them in.
My new toaster is wonderful. It has slots wide enough to handle a bagel cut in half. It also has a button on the side that says bagel. I pushed it and popped it in and got a beautifully toasted bagel!

Reliable and attractive
The bagel and thaw buttons move this simple toaster into the 5 star category. No more dried out toasted bagels. No more cold spots on frozen toaster pastries. We use the toaster daily and appreciate how attractive it looks on the counter. The only regret, it’s not a “cool touch”.

Great Toaster!
This Cuisinart 2-slice classic toaster is very good quality. It is easy to use and toasts bread, bagels, etc. evenly. It is also easy to remove the crumb tray for emptying. I'd definitely buy this toaster again!

Perfect golden toast!
My old toaster died, so I knew I had the chore of trying to pick a new one from the multiple brands. Luckily, I visited my friends and at breakfast, they had a stack of perfectly golden toast! I asked what toaster they used. She said they had had it 20 years and it was a Cuisinart!! I immediately ordered one on line, and now I am making perfectly golden toast too!

Replacement of toaster
I purchased this toaster based on the previous model that had a similar model number. I figured this was the u-new model number for the same older toaster and I was right. The old one only lasted 30-40 years and new one toasts better with easy to use settings. I probably wont last as long as the new toaster LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had two these toasters, but do to a decor change i need the black stainless. they both worked fine and happy with the results. however, the rheostat for both toasters shade knob is very easily moved, so if you move it by accident making the toast lighter/darker without knowing you did so. Rheostat i am use to has some resistance when changing the
