[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had two these toasters, but do to a decor change i need the black stainless. they both worked fine and happy with the results. however, the rheostat for both toasters shade knob is very easily moved, so if you move it by accident making the toast lighter/darker without knowing you did so. Rheostat i am use to has some resistance when changing the

Excellent value!

I like my toast lightly colored so I use a setting of about three and a half. Works perfectly. I have the stainless model to match other appliances in the kitchen. Purchased from a local kitchen retailer. The options I rarely use since I rarely have a bagel.

Ols is new again
After what has to have been at least 15 years we replaced our old toaster with the same one as it worked so well for us. We only toast 3-4 days a week and not more than one or two slices but couldn't be happier with the performance of the toaster.

Love our new toaster! It makes golden brown toast and bagels, and it fits great in a newly remodeled kitchen. The buttons on the front make it super easy to change the settings. Great price; great product.

Good Toaster at reasonable price.
Simple and easy to use. Nice looking to sit on the counter and easy to clean. I recommend you take the time to test what settings works for to give you the toast level that meets your preferences. We have used it for toast, bagels, and muffins with the proper settings and had good results.

2nd toaster
This is my second toaster in this model. The first one I had for at least 5-6 years, but it kicked the bucket when it wouldn't automatically pop the toast up any more and you had to manually stop it. I thought my house was burning down because the toast didn't pop up and was burning inside the toaster. That was actually quite scary! I then searched for another brand, but I couldn't really find anything with a longer cord which I needed. Hopefully this one also lasts a long time.
